- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). -The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Romih (5/5): Location is pretty central - Location of the building is quite central and the flat has 4 separate bedrooms As an ex host I believe when 5 people are staying in a flat that accommodates 5 people it would be nice to have 5 same sized plates available, same basic amenities like salt, pepper, water, tea... would also go a long way. For 5 people staying 4 nights it would be kind to supply more than 2 toilet paper rolls.
The couch was so heavily stained that no one felt comfortable enough to sit on it. Furniture is old, damaged, randomly collected items, no electric socket in the bathroom, taps rusty... The paper bag we got contained a tiny bottle of dishwashing liquid and a capsule for a dishwasher that isn't available in the flat.
We found the 30 EUR surcharge (no receipt) for arriving after 19:00 exuberant, since there is no reception and there wasn't anyone really waiting for us. We were the ones who ended up waiting a few minutes despite informing the agent when we'll be arriving. Granted, this information was advertised in the ad.
The excessive messaging, online check-in, paying the tourist tax was exhausting - too many T&C, links that don't work, changing the agent who would give us the keys 3 times and after confirming the received payment, I again got a message the payment didn't go through.
