- Sintoniza (7/5): - apartamento bonito, confortavel. um pouco empoerado, as louças tambem, janelas e area um pouco suja . limpei conforme peguei para a entrega. na chegada no site nao foi explicado que o check in era somente as 15 uma vez que o site nos pede o horario de chegda, informações para cadastra facil tambem nao estava no email, o que gerou transtorno , na mensagem recebida nao tinha o andar que era o apartamento, e a recepção nao sabia informa pois o atendente disse que era seu primeiro dia, passei um tempo tendo que procura onde era o apartamento .
- oraida maria (1/5): não tive estadia. Fiquei perdida em São PAulo e tive que pagar caro num hotel. Quero meu dinheiro - o imovel estava ocupado e não tive como me hospedar. Estou aguardando o Booking me devolver meu dinheiro e voces vem com pedido de avaliação? Isso foi falado que foi um erro que esse apartamento não estava disponibilizado e que iriam fazer o reembolso integral que até a presente não recebi

- Sergei (1/5): Dog’s house with a bedroom - Nothing False advertising for two bedroom apartment, in fact it’s the smallest space for so-called “living room” I’ve ever been into where two adults couldn’t pass each other in opposite directions, with transforming sofa. Cheapest lightbulbs with eye irritating spectrum, worn-out short bed that even a light 70 kg man would collapse into and etc. Everything is cheap and either worn-out, or only offers very basic functionality, also to create pleasant pictures.

- Celso (3/5): BAD!! Beware of comfort and support - Location was nice. Good gym, we'll equipped. I stayed for 14 days... The facial recognition at the building door never worked. The support via WhatsApp is riculous, taking hours to answer. But the worse part was the comfort of the beds. The bed was so hard that I tried the futon that was a little less hard but still extremely uncomfortable. Also the decoration showed in the pictures have nothing to do with the room. There is no desk, just a TV table that holds a much smaller TV than showed in the pics. There were no local channels and no Netflix as I to watch it I needed to change my subscription from Canada. Luckily for me, I just used to sleep.

- Dhiony Costa e Silva (9/5): - Os apartamentos ficam no Nex One Itaim, bem localizado, fica perto de boas padarias, restauranes e fastfood. Assim como tem uma faculdade na frente e lavanderia. senti falta de um pano para secar os pés na saida do banheiro
- Rafael (1/5): Muito desorganizados e péssimo suporte - Nada Não consegui entrar no quarto poisa mesma não abria com a senha informada. Entramos em contato com a acomodação (qual possui um péssimo suporte, com atendimento demorado e zero resolutivo), a fim de tentar resolver. Nos deram a opção de aguardar que nos entregariam a chave para acesso manual do quarto. Chave essa que também não abria o quarto. Passaram-se 3 horas de espera, eu pelos arredores do condomínio, cansado, com bagagem e sem uma resolução para meu problema. Vale ressaltar ainda que paguei por uma antecipação do check-in pois estava extremamente cansado e ao contrário do que me organizei, só me estressei.

- Pedro Jader (7/5): Valeu o custo benefício. - Ambiente compacto, mas supri o que promete. Roupas de cama deixaram a desejar. Sugiro roupas de cama sobressalentes, afinal, o apto diz acomodar a duas pessoas, utilizando-se do sofá-cama, porém, não há roupas de cama sobressalentes. Além disso, sugiro que os enxovais sejam higienizados. Não estavam legais não, nenhum deles.
- Erica (9/5): - Facilidade do check in, utensílios e limpeza do apartamento. Do barulho que vaza para o quarto, mas isso se deve à proximidade de uma avenida de muito movimento que tambem está em obra e do aeroporto de Congonhas.
