Guest Reviews
- Michael (7/5): It was a fantastic price considering how expensive other places were charging - Great location It wasn’t that clean floors were sticky, stains on towels and bed sheets
- Masako (7/5): Good room. -
- Katy (9/5): -
- Mustafa (4/5): average - nothing off location no one if we need someone’s help no staff at all
- Jason (10/5): -
- Daniel (8/5): Exactly what I needed - Exactly what I needed. Just a room with a bed and an ensuite bathroom. I travelled for business and just needed a place to sleep. That was great. The shower had awesome water pressure. Super easy check-in and checkout. Easy access, all on 1 floor and no stairs. The window towards the hallway wasn't blackout so there was light spill but I was so tired every night it didn't bother me much. With that being said if someone needs it all blacked out I can see how this can potentially be annoying.
- Suzanne (8/5): I would go again - Had nice facilities and was adequate and cosy and friendly No staff to speak to but not necessary for me
- Jane (9/5): Met my needs, good and secure facilities, convenient location and adequate. - Heating wasnt working.
- David (9/5): Superb - Quiet location with a short walk to many bus routes. Also from the same bus stop a free loop service to the cbd.
Easy self check in after hours if you closely follow the instructions.
Bathroom includes all the toiletries you'll need. Generally very clean but one towel was stained and one sheet also marked.
- Stacey (8/5): Very good -
- David (7/5): Value for money - Location is good, walking distance to market etc. The host was eazy to contact and friendly. The apartment was a bit small but clean and comfortable. The only downside is that it does not have and outside window, so you tend to feel locked in.
- Chatzixiros (8/5): Very good - I was good. And next to town.
- Cheng (8/5): Very good - It is convenient in the city, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is quiet at night The air conditioner is loose and vibrates when turned on, making a lot of noise.
- Lam (9/5): Superb -
- Warrick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christy (8/5): As expected -
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Yasmin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leanne (2/5): No refund. No windows. i checked in elsewhere after 2 nights and never went back forfeiting my additional lost fully pai - Nothing NO WINDOWS TO OUTSIDE!
one window to the corridor! Didn’t say that on the brochure. It was old, dated, poorly maintained, dirty, scratched with holes drilled in cabinetry and 50s derelict radio built into the side table.
I felt unsafe.
They also had a GPS tracker on the front door swipe, and it was going off in my pocket. Again, felt like they were tracking me.
As a solo female traveller, it was red flags for me to run.
- Tina (7/5): Good -
- Stacey (7/5): Good price and good location - Location and ease of getting in and out building, included microwave. Tea and coffee included. Says parking is included but you need to pay $20 a day and is not on site
- Philip (3/5): Horrid - It was in a good location I had a nightmare checking in,as I was given the wrong code for the room.
No windows, no airflow.
The light in the main hall stays on 24/7 so it’s never completely dark in your room.
You couldn’t tell if it was early or late, when waking up.
I left early and went and found a nicer place.
- Karl (9/5): Simple, humble, affordable accommodation - Affordable, great location, all the essentials. Great communication from property manager.
Bed was very comfortable. Good quality towels.
Perfect if you're like me and you're easily pleased. Not a fan of the bed frames moving around so easily on wheels, found myself halfway across the room some mornings 😆
Just a bit unfinished, some bits and pieces like light cover not fitted and edges/drawers not fully finished. Only an atheistic thing
Room is small I did know this going into it.
- Toohey (7/5): great location - location was great, near restaurants and the market a bit of an issue locating the lock box and parking. our allocated park was in use and the second park we were told to use was okay but we had a note left on our car saying we were not allowed to use this carpark. wasn't an issue in the end as we found a street park which was unlimited after 6pm.
- Dianne (7/5): Enjoyed our stay in Adelaide very easy to get around with great food, and local market worth the visit - Great position Very poor service, locked key box behind garbage bins. Tea bags x3 for six days two people, two small towels one bath mat. Room not serviced during six day stay. No ventilation or light, so nothing would dry. Asked one worker, would get back to us? Third day found another worker who gave towels bath mat and 3more tea bags?
- Joshua (7/5): Adequate accommodation for the location and amenities. - Convenient location and adequate bed with ensuite. Poor handling of car parking. Empty car parking at the property and mentioned in the booking.com profile. Found out 24 hours prior that the car parking is offsite (despite the o site parking available), that it was $20 per day and run by an external company. Did not hear from the car parking company at all despite request. Booking.com shouldn’t mention car parking if this is an additional cost and not really available.
- Sheila (8/5): Very good -
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (9/5): Great host, every helpful, good value for money - Great location, close to city, but quite at night The bed needs to have stops under castors
- Andrew (8/5): good value - easy access, hosts quick response bed on wheels
