The wellness and gym is adult only (interior and exterior pools included).
The credit card used for the reservation and a valid ID must be presented at check-in.
If the name on the identity card or passport presented at check-in does not match the name on the credit card used for the booking, written authorization from the credit card holder must be presented via a Booking Form.
If the identity of the cardholder and his/her agreement to use the card cannot be validated, an alternative method of payment must be provided prior to check-in.
Failing this, Mix Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Our new Kids Garderie will run every saturday and sunday morning from 8:00 - 12:00. €15 per child — a safe, fun space where kids play while you enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself. Ages from 3 to 12 years old for 15€/child/day.

- Stefan (4/5): - Solides Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und alles sauber! Hatten das Hotel u.a. wegen des toll aussehenden Wellness-Bereiches gebucht. Die (eigentlich schöne) Anlage ist jedoch offenbar auch für Hotel-Externe Gäste frei zugänglich und die Betreiber managen die Anzahl Personen überhaupt nicht! Der ganze Bereich war völlig überfüllt und nirgends in den Pools, Sauna-Bereich oder Liegen hatte es noch Platz.

- Chantal (9/5): Très beau séjour dans un bel hôtel design. Spa magnifique quand il n’y a pas trop de monde et déjeuner excellent. Attent - Environnement privilégié, entouré de bassins et en lisière de forêt. L’architecture du bâtiment est magnifique et le design parfaitement maîtrisé. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et généreux, le spa est impressionnant, bien qu’ouvert aux membres du fitness, la fréquentation est parfois très voire trop dense. Nous avons été upgradé et la suite dans laquelle nous avons était superbe, très confortable et généreux en surface. Grand hôtel avec club de fitness et spa attendant, le tout dans une atmosphère cosmopolite mais un peu impersonnelle.

Julkisilla pääsee hyvin perille joko ratikalla melkein ovelle tai metrolla vartin kävelymatkan päähän. Aamiainen oli erinomainen, mutta ravintolavalikoima arki-iltana oli hyvin rajallinen.

Le personnel du Spa est venue me voir en me faisant un deuxième avertissement alors que je venais d’arriver au Spa. Il se justifiera en disant que la personne me ressemblais. Hors la personne avec qui il m’a confondu est une femme noir crâne rasé curvy maillot de bain noir et moi une femme noir également mais bikini rose, cheveux long. Donc nous sommes automatiquement nous nous ressemblons ? Revoyez vos employés.

C'est super d'avoir aussi un food court au rez de chaussé Les oreillés sont trop gros et le parking est assez cher (24 euros) pour une nuit. Je trouve ça dommage de ne pas avoir une réduction lorsqu'on séourne à l'hôtel.

Het uitzicht van de kamer was fenomenaal en alles tip top in orde. De fitness, wellness waren zeer uitgebreid en dik in orde! Het ontbijt was zeer gevarieerd en voor elk wat wils. Top top top!

Wellness war ok aber leider für die grösse des Hotels + das auch nicht Hotelbesucher ins Wellness konnten war es leider viel zu klein.

- ascremers (10/5): Fun, comfortable and so cool - Amazing location, nicely designed room with optimised space, great comfy bed, great view, shower nice and spacious, fridge filled with alternative and healthy drinks and snacks, lots of fun little wellbeing gadgets to buy in the room, yoga mat and foam roller to use, the gym one of the best I have ever seen, beautiful outdoor pool and spa, great co-working space and lots of restaurants to choose from. And all of that for a reasonable price, wish I had to be in that area of Brussels more often Swimsuits to buy in case you forgot yours ;)

- Konrad (5/5): Das Hotel hat ein schlechtes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würde es nicht noch einmal buchen. - Das Hotel ist von aussen ansehnlich und liegt in einer netten Gegend mit einigen Parks. Es hat einen eignen Food Corner mit Sitzgelegenheiten an der frischen Luft. Das WLan ist zeitgemäß. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt eine Renovierung. In unserem Zimmer spritze ein großer Strahl Wasser aus dem Rohr der Dusche und eine LED - Leuchte, die verdecktes Licht im Bad geben sollte fiel ständig aus seiner Halterung. Die Steuerung der Fahrstühle ist Over Engineered und total unpraktisch. Metallmöbel im Frühstücksbereich sind seit den 80er out. Sie sind schwer, laut und nicht besonders einladend. Das Rührei war mehr eine Suppe als ein Rührei. Völlig ungenießbar.
