• Valeria (1/5): Un desastre el lugar. - Nada. Solo lo la ubicación. Un desastre todo, los apartamentos con olor, sucios. El personal de recepción mal predispuesto y sin información. Yo entiendo que trabajar en un lugar que brinda tan mal servicio debe ser difícil , pero si tuvieran una mejor actitud por ahi los huéspedes estaríamos menos molestos con el trato. Nada sabía explicar donde estacionar, solo decían en la cuadra del apartamento y un estacionamiento a la vuelta. El servicio de limpieza del cuarto no existió, cuando llegamos uno de los cuartos no estaba listo y cuando lo entregaron se notaba el olor del trapo sucio con el que habían"limpiado". Los baños funcionaban mal en los 3 apartamentos. En uno de ellos, se desprendió la puerta de uno de los closets. Para que prepararán el sofá cama hubo que reiterar el pedido. La verdad, no le recomendaria a nadie alojarse en este lugar.

• Moraga (10/5): Mágico - Este lugar es mágico, limpieza, belleza, privacidad, ubicación, absolutamente todo es perfecto, este alojamiento es para 10 personas pero en mi caso solo fuimos mi esposa, mi pequeña hija y yo, por lo que hicieron una excepción y nos incluyeron el jacuzzi sin costo adicional, la comunicación fue excepcional, responden muy rápido a cualquier hora, este lugar es un 10 de 10 y si existiera una puntuación mayor también la merecería

• Frank (9/5): Great stay at Orlando for disney and universal - Great host... whenever there was an issue he reacted promptly.... great house close to disney and semi close to universal.... Thank you Some cookware and the doorknob were damaged but that got fixed within a day...

• Marian (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is great. It’s very safe with security gates and guards. The apartment itself is so clean and very well furnished. The apartment is spacious with plenty of seating areas. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and new. Ron offered a great service. He answered my inquires promptly and provided extra help when I needed it. Very Highly recommended !! Nothing
