• Jose (8/5): - Modern clean apartment with good layout. Shutters ensured blackout, so could sleep well. The shower was amazing. Rooftop with pool and views was amazing, including sight of the sea and Acropolis. Convenient parking on the property. Host was attentive and easygoing. The second bathroom was just a toilet and basin (no shower or bath), but this was not a problem for us (a family of three).

• katia (10/5): Great short term stay in Alimos, Athens - Nice, comfortable, modern apartment, very nice stay. Owner Christos very helpful and pleasant.
• Sander (10/5): Geweldig verblijf - Het ziet er erg nieuw uit. 2 wc's. Mooie badkamer en ruime slaapkamers. Ook de woonkamer en aansluitende keuken is prachtig. Beide slaapkamers komen uit op 1 balkon. Ook de woonkamer had een balkon. Alle ruimtes voorzien van airco. Het zwembad met uitzicht was geweldig. De eigenaar had ons perfect ingelicht wat betreft alle benodigde informatie. Ook is er een supermarkt dichtbij en verschillende restaurants op loop afstand.

Perfect location- everything you need is just a short walk away. Modern, comfortable, functional apartment, very attentive host- especially when I accidentally locked us out 🤦🏻‍♀️😆. We were back inside within the hour- exceptional service! We loved the private rooftop pool and especially the views- Riviera coast, mountains- even Acropolis! We especially loved the herb gardens around the property & on the roof 🥰 Leaving 😢

• Kbbx5 (10/5): We felt at home in this cozy apartment. - Chris met us at the apartment. He explained the details of where things were in the apartment and building, how to use the keys, etc. He recommended where to go shopping, eat, site see, etc. Very comfortable and informative 'get to know you' check in experience. Very functional kitchen, with large refrigerator. We cooked breakfast and dinner most days. The grocery store, tram stop, and beach all are very close. The washing machine is great. Very nice TV. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom is very nice with great water pressure! Loved having a half bath as well. Would definitely stay there again. We understand the reason for not being able to use the pool except for certain hours. The owners need the have the option of the prime time hours. The pool is very small, but refreshing. We took great photos from the roof top area.

• Paula (3/5): Unfortunately we would not return. - Lovely, clean apartment Unfortunately we were not informed about that the pool was closed at 2pm, we were not allowed to use the pool or the pool area from 2pm, the reason we booked the apartment was to use the pool (my kids don't like the beach). We ended up having to go to the beach and pay out 60 euros a day for sun loungers. I felt I was misled as it doesn't say anything about the pool closing half way through the day, also there are only 2 sun loungers for the whole of the apartment block, again not really suitable for a family.
• Vilija (10/5): Would definitely recommend - Loved the place - only 45mins by tram to the center of Athens. Also close to the beach - 5 mins (not so clean, but water was amazing and beach shower was available), close to supermarket. The apartment - two bedrooms, two wc rooms, quite big living room, kitchen (coffee, salt was there) What came as a surprise - pool was not open yet, available only from May 15. Also would be nice to have separate duvets (as was travelling with friends) - but there was no such possibility.

• Konstantinos (10/5): Perfect - We were 5 people. Everything was perfect, it was clean, the owner showed us secret spots vor visiting Athens. The interior was very nice. He has a private parking. The Poolarea is on the top of the house in the 6th floor, with a amazing view.
