Heating worked well and kept the place warm and cosy during our stay. Great communication from the hosts before, during and after the stay. • Anonymous (10/5): Great in every way - Everything was great about the property, the location was good , it was lovely and clean , everything we needed The only little issue was the key safe was just a little bit awkward to get to with it being so low , but we realised because there wasn’t really anywhere else it could go
• Anonymous (1/5): Stay away from this place - Location, decor The property is poorly equipped. First, the mattresses are very soft and of low quality and do not enable a good night sleep. There is no drier, unlike in other similar apartments in this area in which I stayed. There are many steps in the apartment itself and one should take that into account. In addition to the 10 steps which lead to the entrance door and the 10 steps which lead from the entrance to the kitchen there are 6 more steps to the living room and then 10 more steps to the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs neighbors smoke and so the apartment is constantly full of cigarette smoke. Downstairs neighbor is very unhappy with the fact that the apartment is rented short term. She keeps calling the landlord with bogus accusations about doors not being locked and about hearing the steps of the guests inside the apartment. Landlord called and wrote about 15 times during our stay asking if we locked the main door even after many assurances that we did. This was most unpleasant and spoiled our ability to relax and enjoy The apartment doesn’t offer basic things like having milk in the fridge when you arrive which is standard in similar apartments in this location.
