• Helena (6/5): - Dobrá dostupnost, ciste. Za tu cenu adekvatni a pohodlne ubytovani. Starsi vybaveni, rozbita podlaha, potrhane rolety a flekaty gauc za tu cenu zvladnu prehlednout. Kazdopadne z fotek to neni vubec zrejme, tak to bylo trochu prekvapujici. Stavba vsude okolo. Temer kazdou noc byl velmi hlasity soused nad nami. Dvakrat prisel po pulnoci a do dvou hrala hudba a jako kdyby skakal nad nami, to ale pronajimatel taky neovlivni.

• Usman (8/5): Good value for money overall - It was well managed and clean, hot water available all the time. The host explained check in and check out in detail so no issues that way. Ample space for 6 people, all appliances were functional Location would have been great if it weren’t for construction works in the area that delayed all taxis and resulted in a long walk to bus stops Fire alarm was covered with a bag still as shown in previous pictures, apartment was on second floor without lift and carpet on the stairs was slippery

The parking is not free! £15 A DAY! - O proprietário me cobrou £15,00 por dia para estacionar o carro na rua, mesmo o anúncio do booking afirmando que tem estacionamento incluído. On booking say “parking” but the owner said “You need pay £15 a day to parking ON STREET”!!!

When our planned works in the area ran longer than expected, we were able to extend our stay with ease, just a quick five-minute phone call and everything was sorted, no hassle at all. • Aurélie (6/5): - Appartement spacieux, literie assez confortable, bien chauffé malgre des fenetres "a l anglaise" avec qques fuites thermiques. Parfait pour un sejour de qques jours, entre adultes pas compliqués si vous voulez économiser qques sous. Le metro est a une quinzaine de minutes a pied (20 si vous marchez tranquille), le quartier est assez safe, 0 probleme pour nous en periode de reveillon Manque de propreté (le rideau de douche merite vraiment d etre changé, canapé taché, drap un chouille douteux), le debit de la douche ultra aleatoire (sauf en pleine nuit), manque de qques equipements sachant qu il n y a pas de superettes vraiment a cote (pas de tablette pour le lave vaisselle, la poele merite d etre changee aussi, pour les buveurs de cafe, pensez a prendre du lyophilisé). Malgre tout cela. Nous etions la pour 3 nuits, seulement pour y dormir et ca passe.
• nicolas (7/5): - Emplacement et appartement Manque de réactivité de l'hôte. Problème de drap inadapté au canapé, on s'est débrouillé car aucune réponse. Le lave vaisselle ne lave rien. De la vaisselle sale dans le lave vaisselle à notre arrivée. Le congélateur est tellement givré qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir les tiroirs. Il manque des rangements dans la porte du frigo. Pour 3 nuits ça allait mais c'est ennuyeux puisque prévu avec lave vaisselle et congélateur or inutilisables. Pas de pression dans la baignoire, la robinetterie mériterait d'être changée comme le rideau de douche. Des petits détails qui sont négligeables sur un séjour court mais seraient problématiques sur des séjours plus long. Pas d'ouvre boite. Pas de machine à café ! Dans la chambre j'ai déclenché une crise d'allergie dans le lit, les draps sentaient le linge mal séché, je suis allergique aux moisissures, je ne sais pas ce qui m'a fait réagir mais ça n'arrivait que dans le lit! C'est dommage car l'appartement nous plaît bien. Les réponses aux questions posées à l'hôte pour le stationnement sont arrives trop tard, j'avais déjà réservé un emplacement plus loin. On peut penser que je chipote mais vu les tarifs des location sur Londres, on espère que tout soit ok! 😉

• Kayleigh (6/5): - The location was great. Lovely big rooms and nice added touch with the toiletries. Bedding was fresh and clean. TVs throughout - Netflix available. Helpful owner with arranging parking. Keyless entry to the apartment itself. The bathroom is awful - needs maintenance and good clean. The shower curtain needs replacing urgently. Taps need labelling with hot and cold, cracked times, flaking paint. The main entrance door is not great - difficult to unlock and open, doesn’t close properly behind you. The top floor occupier is very loud, causing much noise int the apartment - early morning and late evening.
• Nathalie (4/5): - L'appartement était spacieux. Déco, plutôt de bon goût . Le manque de propreté, l'état de vétusté de la salle de bain, baignoire bouchée rideau de douche très sale. Dans l'appartement, poussière et manque criant de propreté. Et le pire, c'etait le manque de confort thermique. Logement très mal isolé. On avait très froid ! 3 Télévisions qui n’ont aucune utilités. Pas de piles dans les télécommandes. Et n'en parlons même pas, de l'emplacement du logement : quartier dortoir, aucun commerces à proximité, assez éloigné des transports. Nous aimons Londres, nous essayons à chaque séjour de profiter pleinement de chaque instant. Mais je dois avouer, que le soir, nous n'etions pas ravie de rentrer dans notre hébergement ! Et voisin hyper bruyant !

• David (7/5): It was a nice flat in a good location. We recommended the Italian cafe (near the East Acton Station) for coffee & br - Location It lacked a few simple touches such as a bottle opener and tea for the beginning of our stay.
• Ciara (10/5): Perfect accommodation - Host was ever so attentive and helpful, property ideal for single person or family with children (children: 10,8,3 and 1). Stairs to flat but it was manageable. Bedrooms were very comfortable, sitting room had a pull out couch, cot was also provided. Very clean, all the basic plus towels and little toiletries. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance for food, tea, coffee, toilet paper, baby formula etc. Nearest overground station was Willesden, here you can get to Waterloo (London central) or Watford junction (Bus to Harry potter). Plenty of takeaways to choose from in the area. Flat had good wifi available and tvs in each bedroom and sitting room with netflix. 100% would recommend. nothing

• Antonella CJTL (8/5): - L'appartamento era spazioso comodo con tutti i servizi all'interno della casa.... Ho trovato gli spazi per sei persone giusti e tutto era molto comodo e accogliente I mezzi di trasporto più comodi sono l'autobus la linea numero 228 ma per quanto riguarda la metropolitana c'è da camminare 10/15 minuti siamo stati fortunati in quanto non ha mai piovuto e con tutti i bagagli siamo riusciti a prendere la metro senza bagnarci

• Libby (8/5): We had a good stay in the property. - I like the facilities provided in the property, good toilet and bath. Good sized room. The host was very accommodating, easily accessible via WhatsApp, he will always reply through booking.com, excellent communication with the client. Parking was OK, as long as it's outside the chargeable hours. I labelled the broken chair outside, it nearly caused me to tripped over coz it's on the way to the entrance to the property. Only the heating in the toilet was working.
• Andy (9/5): Excellent stay, very warm & comfortable. - Hi, The accomodation was very clean, very warm & comfortable. Obtaining the key was a simple process and the electronic door opening/locking was easy to use. the host was brilliant, the facilities were very good, however, there was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets. There was a chair with a broken leg - could be seen as dangerous but did not impact the stay as there were more than enough chairs. The beds were very clean & comfortable and the area was quiet and safe. The location was a good 15/20 mins walk (with an 8 yr old) but a 5 min taxi ride from the nearest tube or overground station. No complaints worth marking down too much. I would give it 9.5. I would stay there again without question. Thanks There was a broken chair but thre were 7 chairs in the dining area! No dishwasher tablets
