• Victoria (2/5): Esperienza da non rifare - La vicinanza alla metro per arrivare al centro di Milano La pulizia del appartamento, purtroppo abbiamo trovato lenzuola macchiate, pezzi di cibo in terra al lettino in camerina, polvere ovunque, i sanitari del bagno che puzzavano, lavastoviglie della cucina piena di cibo.

• Moger (1/5): Bad - This is the worst accomodations in the Booking history... Where should I start...a host whom is bad in communication...I wrote him for him trying to decipher the Da Vinci Code that he left us so we will self check in ... At the beginning he ask for passport pics which is not written before you book... The apartment it apartment is absolutely no way near the Dumo not by foot which is one hour.. Or by train you need 10 min to walk to get the train for more then ten minutes and obviously you will have to pay for it ... No toilet seat... mould in the shower.. And no air conditioniner ... Just the worst I won't recommend it for my enemies This is the worst accomodations in the Booking history... • Kirsten (5/5): Old apartment that needs upgrades for comfort - Location was close to the transit but a very long commute to the Duomo, The beds were comfortable. We were asked to send in photos of our passport which was new to me. Then the instructions for a phone code to open the door was very confusing. One of us spoke Italian so he called the owner to figure out how to get in. Our flight would arrive late and we were told we would be charged a $50 fee if we arrived after a certain hour luckily our friend who could speak Italian was able to go early and open up the apartment. The apartment was so hot and there were fans set up but unbearable to sleep. Never will get a suite without air conditioning again. The water pressure was very poor, no toilet seat and the small balcony was barely large enough to put a chair. The kitchen had a few plates and cutlery but not set up for much more than preparing a snack. The fridge was nice and big though. The couch was very uncomfortable and the chairs were ready to break, very wobbly. The living room light was full of dead flies.
• Julia (1/5): it was a real hell - only the location was good, 9 minutes walk to the metro during the entire stay (7 days) there was no hot water. I reported this to the owner on the first day, but it was not fixed. Contact with the owner was very poor. He replied only three times, saying that someone would come to fix the boiler the next day, but that never happened. The drain was clogged and it smelled very bad. There was no toilet seat. It was lying on the balcony, completely soiled. The toilet was unusable. The showerhead was broken, and water barely came out of it. Additionally, there was hair and mold everywhere. The kitchen was very dirty, everything was sticky. There was no equipment. We had to buy plastic cups to have something to drink from, a knife, and a cutting board. The sponge for washing dishes was dirty, old, and disgusting. The entire apartment was very dirty and there was a lot of hair. The floor was dirty, there were fingerprints on the cabinets, and the table was dirty. The chairs were broken and couldn't be sat on. One of the beds was also broken; the springs dug into your body when you lay on it. I found dead bugs in the closet and a condom box behind the bed. My friend and I are covered in bites; we suspect there were bedbugs in the mattresses. I wrote to the owner every day about the cold water, but it was difficult to communicate. At the end of our stay, I was asked to give a 10-star rating. I really do not recommend this apartment. My stay in Milan was a complete disaster because of it; I couldn't even take a proper shower. It was a real hell.

We had no hot water during our stay with my 6 month old baby and although they said they would send an "engineer" they sent a guy after 3 days to fix with a video call to another guy telling him to try all buttons. We also had fraud via the link they sent and simply a very bad experience... dont use them! They should be taken off booking.com I have never had such an incompetent and discussting agency who cares nothing but money. • Jerzy (9/5): An affordable stay for a 5-person family. - The property was clean, spacious and located in a nice neighbourhood that was well-connected with the rest of the city.
