• Natalia (1/5): scarafaggi/cockroaches!!!!! - Nic Niestety jestem bardzo rozczarowana pobytem w tym miejscu, podejściem właściciela oraz potraktowaniem całej sytuacji. Po pierwsze - nie polecam. Karaluchy wychodzą z każdego pomieszczenia po zgaszeniu światła, miejsce jest brudne i wymaga generalnego czyszczenia. Jest nam przykro, że właściciel nie podjął żadnych kroków by upewnić się, że mieszkanie zostało należycie wyczyszczone po naszej interwencji. Mówił, że ktoś był, ale pod łóżkiem, kanapą czy w innych miejscach były nadal kłaki kurzu. Nie zostało nic spryskane czy zastawione pułapki na karaluchy. Najlepsze jest to, że właściciel po zakończeniu pobytu prosił o wystawienie 5* na booking, I daje mi 50% zniżki na kolejny raz. Oczywiście, że nie wrócimy do tego miejsca i również przestrzegamy, by rozważyć czy chcecie się tu zatrzymywać. Miejsce nie ma też takiej wielkości jaką podają, jest znacznie mniejsze. Jestem ciekawa czy wszystkie opinie 5* wystawione tutaj były za namową właściciela. Zasugerowaliśmy się opiniami rezerwując ten hotel i niestety nikt nie zaznaczył tego problemu, a karaluchy nie pojawiają się w 1 dzień. Poprosiliśmy by właściciel zwrócił połowę za niedogodności, niestety nie wykazał się uczciwością.

• Valeriu (9/5): Decent accommodation in Milano - Modern apartament with tram station and supermarket at walking distance. There is a coffe shop in close proximity as well. Communication with Danillo was ok. Air conditioning was not functional during our stay.
• Cristina (8/5): Very good - All perfect, just to note the shelf in the bathroom that was a bit broken and towel heater that did not seem to work. Great other than that!!
• Daan (8/5): Very good - The apartment is quite new and allows for a nice private location for staying in Milan. Easy accessibility to the city and grocery store enables a comfortable stay within Milan. Checking in and out was quite easy to be done with Danilo.
