• Richard (1/5): Don't stay here, false advertising and poor communication - I need to follow up many times for the details to collect the keys. I received the email with instructions the evening prior. It was stressful when travelling and not knowing how to get access to your accommodation until the last minute. Nothing? Host communication was poor, and it was difficult to contact them. Advertised as "Next to Crown", which is a lie, it is a 10-minute walk. Towels are paper-thin and don't dry you!

• Kyle (1/5): !!!!!WARNING!!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE.NOT SAFE - Location The bedding was not operational standard.could not sleep at all,couldn’t use the balcony as the door is completly jammed.table top on coffee table completly unsecured.my wife nearly severely burnt her legs after her soup nearly spilt from insecure bench.called owner to ask for refund he agreed but I haven’t received refund and still waiting for any response.

No spare pillows. New furniture not assembled properly. Cigarette buts thrown from balconies into pool (issue each day). Maybe possibility of two swabs to allow people staying in apartment some alone time
• Gael (5/5): It was ok, the place was nice and new and for us the location was good. - It was not clean and it did not have enough linen. Only 1 towel each for 5 nights, no extra pillows and no blankets. The bed could have done with a top sheet.

• Suzanne (5/5): Passable - Handy to a supermarket Had to get the key from a lock box, had the code but it wouldn’t open, had to ring owner in the end. He said yes sorry about that you need to push door down and put in code and it will open. Would of been nice to know this before hand. Thin pillows and could have had more than 2. Would be nice to have thicker towels and more than 2, especially if you are there for a while. Instructions on how to use the air conditioner unit. Glad the weather wasn’t too hot while we were there.
• Katrina (8/5): Easy stay - It was fresh and spacious - very clean. The washing machine was a positive for us weary travellers. The directions for self checkin were very good and easy to follow. Love the night lights but I would have liked to block out the city to sleep. I am afraid the bed and lounge was uncomfortable.
• Elise (7/5): Great location, helpful owner, nice and modern but missing a few little touches! - Location was great - everything is within a short walk! Owner provided so much detail on check in and check out process which was great and made everything so clear! Apartment was spacious for a 1 bedroom and nice and modern! I feel like a few easy improvements are needed to really make it a comfortable stay, particularly when staying for a longer time like we did: - air con was locked and couldn’t be changed which wasn’t ideal on 40 degree days - block out blinds would be helpful as the city lights shine through into the bedroom. I’d recommend bringing sleeping masks. - we went to make home made pizzas one night and the oven didn’t work. - towels are extremely thin and need replacing, bed was flimsy

• Sven (10/5): Perfect for a couple for several days close to CBD - The Appartement is well equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. Within 15 minutes of walking you are in the nightlife area. Accessing the apartment was easy with the perfect instructions at hand. For a couple this Appartement is perfect for a multiple day stay in Melbourne.
• Jitesh (1/5): Horrible Place, don't stay here!!! - Nothing, horrible place to stay. 1. Blinds were broken, all blinds were see though which didn't block out any lights. 2. Bed and frame was a cheap $100 mattress which didn't offer any support, pillows were flat and useless, we did not sleep. 3. AC system for the room was broken and when contacted the service team I was just told that they didn't know 4. Towels were smelly as if they didn't dry properly and didn't absorb any moisture. I had to make a immediate booking with another hotel because of this, we were due to stay there for 2 nights but checked out just after 1. We flew in from Brisbane so the ordeal was quite hectic. The reception person via booking didn't help and instead would send through automated greetings and updates which I responded to. I would never come back here again so please let my poor experience help you out in the future.

• Yunwen (8/5): A stay of good value - Clean, modern and well equipped. It’s very close to a big supermarket in central Melbourne. Alex was friendly chatting with us online. Although the flat is on the 29th floor, one can still constantly hear traffic at nights. The air conditioning seems to be not working while we were there.
• Christelle (9/5): Great spot to explore the city - Spacious apartment, great location, nice views of the city Would have liked blackout blinds or curtains in the bedroom (remains bright at night with the city lights)
• Emily (10/5): Very comfortable 10/10 - It was very comfortable and was spacious had everything you needed ! Only thing I needed was a few more blankets on the bed or in the wardrobe as it was a little cold at night but other than that had everything we needed

Very friendly and attentive staff. Appreciated help to store baggage before checking. Fresh sheets and towels provided. Option for self checkin very convenient. Bathroom cleanliness not up to standard - dirty skirting boards, dirty grounding in shower and some shower scum too which had not been cleaned. Large amounts of dust in bedroom beneath bedside table present. Couch was stained and crumby. Otherwise good and clean. Would appreciate extra towels and toilet roll being provided for a longer stay.

Thorough explanation of the site amenities and location and process to obtaining the unit keys. Fantastic views of the city from the bedroom and out to Port Phillip Bay from the kitchen/dining area. Woolworths shopping just across the road for those who enjoy self-catering on the longer stays. Suggestions rather than criticisms :) Additional items that would be helpful/convenient: clothes drying/airing rack; face (washers) cloths; tea towels; oven tray.
