• lilly (8/5): Ons verblijf was prima! - Prima locatie, mooi dicht bij het oude centrum, Verder was de accommodatie ruim en schoon. Op onze vraag of de gasfles kon worden verwisseld werd snel gereageerd. Het zelf een kilometer verderop de sleutels op moeten halen uit een kluisje. Je staat dan met 6 personen bepakt en bezakt in een wildvreemde stad na een lange reisdag en moet dan zelf nog een sleutel halen. Dit gaf de nodige stress. Ik heb gevraagd of de sleutels gebracht konden worden en eerst kon dit tegen betaling maar later werd dit ingetrokken omdat er op dat tijdstip geen personeel was. Die service viel tegen. Ook was een van de matrassen niet goed, als je hier een poosje op lag rolde je steeds naar elkaar toe. Hierop werd wel gereageerd, ze zouden op een bepaald tijdstip langskomen. Ze zijn wel geweest maar niet op het afgesproken tijdstip en wij moesten weg vanwege een afspraak, dus we konden ook niet uitleggen wat nu precies het probleem was. Al met al is het dus niet opgelost.
• Priscille (10/5): Séjour très agréable et appartement vraiment bien. - Très bon rapport qualité/prix / emplacement parfait (proche du centre ville et des supermarchés) / très propre à notre arrivée / concierge de l'immeuble agréable / une boulangerie française au pied de l'appartement / mise à disposition de dosettes de sucre, sel, poivre, thé, infusion, shampoing gel douche et de 2 dosettes de lave vaisselle et 1 pour le lave linge, essui tout et papier toilette. Un vrai jeu de piste pour récupérer les clés, il est préférable de payer la caution en ligne afin d'obtenir l'adresse de récupération des clés tout de suite / pas de tasse à café / la table de la salle à manger est un peu fragile dans les bouts pour manger à 6 dessus / une des douches un peu petit mais très agréable d'avoir 2 salles de bain / le manque de porte manteau mural dans les salle de bain pour faire sécher les serviettes de toilettes.

• Monika (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja i pomocny personel - Lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko i na piechotę. Bardzo pomocny personel: Elena, Marcos i Juan Carlos. Duże przestronne mieszkanie. Dosyć skomplikowana procedura check-in. W mieszkaniu trochę zimno - na szczęście była farelka.

• Stephanie (8/5): Well-appointed apartment - staff could do better - The property was clean, modern, and just a short walk to the centre. There are some major supermarkets nearby. Sadly, we felt the staff could have been more helpful. We received an email two days before arrival with check-in details. At the top of the message was clearly marked not to make any online payments via the links. But, in the same email we were asked to give all of our passport details, sign a contract and pay the deposit! I replied, twice, querying this but did not receive a reply. I managed to contact them by WhatsApp in the end. Booking.com said check-in was from 15:00 and we planned accordingly. We could either check-in online and pick up keys from a lockbox in another part of town from 15:00 or go to their office and check-in to access the property after 17:00. It was all very confusing. The cleaner was still there when we arrived about 17:00. There was no kettle but two coffee makers? When we asked for a kettle, we were told to use one of the coffee makers, which was tiny. There were other issues which were eventually fixed - I was asked to send video proof of these issues. This all sounds a bit negative but it wasn't a smooth experience - the staff could have done better. Hopefully, our stay ironed out some of the housekeeping problems for future tenants. If you hand wash the dishes, pack a couple of tea towels. They only supply one tiny square of cloth. We agreed we would stay again as the apartment itself is well located.
• Allison (8/5): Very good - Conveniently located near the center with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment was nice and spacious with three bedrooms along with two bathrooms. One of the showers were a bit tight while the other shower was decent size for an average person but the doors were awkwardly narrow.
• David (8/5): Great Apartment - Large spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. Close to the old town. Elena and Laura offered very good communication and were always available to help with logistics, keys etc The 2 showers were very cramped and difficult to get in and out. The plumbing was not great as the water did not drain from the shower bases quickly enough.
