• marie-eve (4/5): Bon emplacement, logement decevant pour nous, proprio répond rapidement - - L’emplacement - Réponse rapide du propriétaire Nous avions demandé un early checkin vu qu’on arrivait tot avec nos bagages Le proprio nous a dit qu’on pouvait laisser nos valises a partir de 11h… parfait Nous arrivons a 11h mais n’avions recu aucune info de check-in. On communique avec le proprio… il nous répond rapidement comment avoir accès a la clé A la chambre, nous sommes surpris que le menage n’était pas fait (vu quon avait les cles) … la chambre était vraiment sale mais nous avons pu laisser les bagages Nous revenons tard a la chambre La chambre a été nettoyée Sur le lit il y a seulement un drap (pas de duvet ou de couverture) Sur le sofa-lit … aucun drap Nous cherchons dans le garderobe, il y a un duvet mais sans housse, pas de draps dextra et un sac de serviettes mouillées ouLa description dit qu’il y a un lit et un sofa lit Il y avait seulement des draps sur le lit (Le proprio pensait que nous allions utilisé juste un lit vu que nous étions 2) Apres communication avec le proprio, il pensait que nous allions utilisé juste un lit vu que nous etions 2 … mais sur l’annonce ca dit 2 lit (un lit et un sofa lit) et c’est nest pas spécifié de demander Le proprio m’a envoyer un message demandant de donner un 10 mais désolé ce n’est pas un 10

• Krasimir (9/5): Overall, great stay. - Spacious and fully equipped apartment in a super convenient location. Very helpful and nice hosts. Some lights were not working. Electricity might fail under load, but there are detailed instructions how to restore it.

• Yasser (9/5): Definitely will repeat it - Super location , very comfortable mattress and billows, the staff is very helpful and responsive. It needs sometimes to get warm since the air conditioning is used to be for cold only. Therefore the heater takes almost one night to get the space Warm.

• Terry (9/5): Superb - It is a superb location- very comfortable and all amenities were there. The balcony was an added bonus….. there was abundant supply of clean linen and the apartment was very clean! The main bed is very small but the couch bed is very comfortable
• Ross (5/5): If you want to sleep with open window for fresh air take earplugs - Very well located central Milan property with lift Extremely noisy most of the time even with windows closed. Nearby building renovation noise daytime and very loud restaurant noise night time till around 2 am. No functioning bedside lamps and no mattress protector.
• Daniela (10/5): Well located, clean and nice, modern apartment. - Great apartment :). Good location, modern interior with everything you need. The most important thing for me - the apartment was nice and clean. When traveling with hand luggage, the apartment had everything you needed (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, air cooler, bed linen, towels, soaps, etc. There were even coffee pods). The balcony had a view of the street, where you could sit in the evening, enjoy food and drinks and observe local life. The subway stop was just around the corner on the larger street and the grocery store was just a few steps away. Also, all major attractions were just a few metro stops away. Getting to the apartment was made very easy. In advance, we received detailed instructions illustrated with pictures from the owner. Check-in and check-out were contactless, the keys were in a small black box.
