• Periklis (8/5): Πολύ καλή επιλογή για πολλά άτομα. - Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα σε βολική περιοχή για μετακινήσεις. Με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει ο Νίκος. Καθαριότητα. Είχε αρκετά θέματα. Επίσης κάποιο εξτρά μαξιλάρι, σεντόνι, χρειάζεται.

• Lada (6/5): - Metro bylo opravdu velmi blízko. Majitele jsme ani nezahlédli, ale předání klíčů proběhlo i tak v pohodě. Na náměstí Viktoria se dá výborně najít cokoliv k jídlu, ať jsou to nonstop pekárny nebo restaurace na večeři. Apartmán je trochu v rozkladu. Neustále čekáte, že vám něco zůstane v ruce. Tchán musel opravovat protékající záchod. Okna do ulice netěsní, v místnosti byla fakt dost zima, a co bylo nejhorší, ten neustálý hluk. V noci se tam nedalo spát. Co se lokality týká, připravte se na silný zážitek povalujících se bezdomovců, žebrajících přistěhovalců a neodbytných dětí. Špína, smrad a bordel všude. V noci bych ven nevycházela.
• Šmalcov (9/5): - Zelo prostorno, čisto in udobno. Velik balkon. Stanovanje je v 1. nadstropju, tako da se ni bilo treba matrat s hojo po stopnicah. Malo premajhna kijinja, ponoči malo glasno - zvoki iz ulice.

• Anne (10/5): - Suur avar korter, kesklinnast jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Väga tore omanik. Võtmete kättesaamine väga lihtne. Suurele seltskonnale super🙂❣️

• Robert (8/5): - Vermieter war sehr gut zu erreichen und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse und die verspätete Ankunft ein. Er gab uns auch gute Tips zum Parken, essen, usw. Vorbildlich. Wohnung war sauber, alles machte einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Die Bilder entsprachen dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Wohnung hatte an sich alles, was man für einen Trip in Athen benötigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Nähe, ebenfalls gute Restaurants. Wohnung: Es war an sich alles gut, es sind "Luxusprobleme" die uns fehlten und an sich eigentlich keine negativen Aspekte sind. Folgendes hat uns persönlich gefehlt: eine Spülmaschine und ein besser / einfacher funktionierender Herd. Parken: An und für sich kann man in der Straße parken, aber Athen ist einfach zu überfüllt und somit oftmals keine kostenfreien Parkplätze vorhanden. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen in ein nahes Parkhaus zu fahren und pro Nacht 7 € zu zahlen.

• st.gkolemas (7/5): - Άνετα δωμάτια σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο μετρό και με πολλές επιλογές γύρω του Μέτρια καθαριότητα ,δύσκολο πάρκινγκ μόνο σε στεγασμένο, το δεύτερο μπάνιο δεν έχει Ντουζιέρα και μία κρεβατοκάμαρα λόγου βλάβης δεν είχε καθόλου πόρτα
• Dakaro (7/5): - הגענו משפחה ללילה אחד. דירה גדולה ומרווחת, חדרים גדולים, מיקום נוח במרכז העיר ליד כיכר ויקטוריה, תחבורה ציבורית, מסעדות וחנויות שרות הדירה לא ממש מזמינה לישיבה בסלון משפחתי, אחד החדרים ללא דלת ולכן לא היה בשימוש.

• Joanna (9/5): Excellent - Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped. Very nice owner, who was very kind and helpful; showed us around neighborhood, gave us advice where it’s best to visit and went with us to metro to show how to buy tickets. Would definitely stay there again. Very small kitchen, however there are lots of affordable places to eat close to property.

Kitchen not really designed to cook meals. There was a small oven with burners on top sitting on cupboard. A microwave would have been helpful to reheat leftovers.
• Sandy (10/5): Lovely home that made us feel at home! - It was spacious and comfortable and so close to parks, restaurants and coffee shops/bakeries. Our host, Nikolas, took time to show us the home’s features and walk us around the neighborhood. The second bathroom was really a half bath.
• Jenna (7/5): Central location, good for a group - Very close to metro and city centre(included in 40e cap for taxi from airport),, host dropped off water and fruit, plenty of supplies for cooking, dining area good.air con in every door. Apartment 1 floor up and small lift available. Bathroom door didn't close, had to push iron against it to keep it closed, shower is hand-held only, no overhead bracket.Host requested additional money (86e) for additional guest but we booked for 4 and were 4, he also said we could only use 2 of the bedrooms, this was dropped after we asked to see where this was in the booking/contact.
• D^2 (8/5): Very good - Host was extremely nice, brought us bottled water and little snacks when we arrived. Bedrooms were very large, (but kitchen was tiny). Apartment is a former office suite, and the layout reflects this. There is a conference room with conference table, for instance. Circuit breaker tripped several times while we were there, probably due to the use of room air conditioners. Easy to reset, but a bit disconcerting. Doubtless this is just a feature of the distribution grid in Athens. We found a cockroach in one of the beds; otherwise, the apartment seemed clean.

There were also some really nice and affordable food places and stores nearby and the city centre and a lot of the sightseeing places were within walking distance. Host was really kind and accommodating. It can be somewhat noisy if you have the windows open, but that's more the city than the location.

• István (9/5): Fine fo 3-4 nights with family/friends - Large bedrooms, plus living/dining room and balcony to get together. Good public transport connectons. The host is helpful. The apartment has 2 toilets, but only one bathroom, which is a bit small compared to the four bedrooms, although it can be arranged.

The car park 50metres down the same street was great value at 7 euros per 24 hours. Nikolas was a super host, extremely kind and helpful.
