Claire (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in this convenient location - Location is great, a nice little private balcony with view of ocean. Convenient, well equipped kitchen. The house is freshly painted and has comfortable beds and furniture, The house is quiet apart from adjacent building construction noise during most days. There were numerous flights of steps between our unit and the outdoor parking space. A warning about this would be appreciated for elderly guests, also a site map showing the position of (locked) entry points to the building. The television would not work, we put new batteries in the remote but did not improve. Shower recess needed a good scrub, older tiles, grouting and fittings are difficult to clean, I know. Everything else was sparkling clean.
