- Sophie (10/5): Incredible, wish we stayed for longer. - Beautiful property with lovely comfy furnishings. Immaculately clean. Pretty coastal walk into Mooloolaba with great access to many spots to eat & shop nearby. Short stroll to a stunning beach. The property has everything you need and in a great area. It was our favourite place we stayed on our trip. Nothing to not like although, 1 small note: Clicker for the garage was a bit battered so difficult to use, we opened and closed it from inside.

- Shane (7/5): Good but for the price not amazing. - Great location, newer unit, so great set up with master bed down stairs, two living spaces, and two bedrooms upstairs with kitchen. Once AC unit downstairs, three upstairs (kitchen and in each bedroom) Overall several items were super disappointing, especially when you are paying top dollar over the Christmas break. The key pick up process was interesting and overall a poor experience, stop by an office (before they close & zero parking nearby) to get an envelop with zero instructions other than the address and a large handful of keys and garage door opener and get to the property and figure out how to get in past the security gate and into the place. The place was moderately clean (two dead cockroaches under couch), but close to zero amenities. No beach towels and for a two week stay and no extra bath towels. It felt like zero thought had gone into making sure the place was ready. Simple and stupid little items that should be good to go for top dollar such as the kitchen hand soap was 7/8th empty, same with the dish soap, zero hand soap in bathrooms, even though there are soap pumps, they were all empty....they did leave those hotel shampoo and conditioner tubes, the size of my small finger....and tiny round disks of soap. The downstairs bathroom sink doesn't drain properly, and no soap holder, so if you buy a bar of soap, either leave it on the bench or in the sink - stupid. The kitchen needs some love, kitchen draws off the rails, no kitchen brush, and almost zero amenities to keep it clean, soap, trash bags. There was no recycle bin in the house, and the kitchen bin was the size of a large tissue box. Overall the place is located in a great spot, great layout, nice furniture, it is expensive and essentially not welcoming and friendly from a host standpoint. I'd give the building and location a 7/10 and the host/mangement company a 1/10.

- Katrina (9/5): Just what the doctor ordered! - Plenty of space for us to do our own thing, or hang out together depending on mood! Proximity to beach was brilliant. Decor was comfy and welcoming. Would have been handy to know the code for the gate so we didn't have to open the sliding gate every time. A hairdryer would also have been appreciated. I didn't know what to put in which bin outside, so a guide explaining the lid colours would have been super helpful!
