• Rohgini (8/5): Comfort with good value. - Good stay. Property was so nice,clean and tidy. Love the homestay. So worth it with affordable price. But the staff didn't response for my enquiries. Otherwise all ok 👍🏻 Hope the staff will be more friendly and response to the clients enquiries.
• Man (9/5): Very comfortable stay. - The host KC is very responsive. Highly recommended. Though there was a little problem with the faucet. But he responded very quickly. And he was very reassuring. Definitely will book again! If there is a convenient shop just at the condo will be a big plus!

• Jian (6/5): Not worth, other hotel cheaper and has better hospitability. - the difficulty retrieving the keys. Its standard for airbnb but not what I expect for something from booking.com. Generally waste of time. the car parking is especially difficult. the security guard was rude. Ask me to turun wth for their processes. Can advise the staff to resign if dont like the job. And the qr code is what is needed to go to 4th floor door!!. Hard to figure out. Car park is actually just visitor car park and has no shade. No toothbrush but has towel.
• Daniel (4/5): Not pleasurable. - Location. Security registration to access carpark is inconvenient. Access to lift lobby is difficult and lift card access is not functioning well. Have to seek security personnel help many times.

• Siaw (8/5): Very good - The bed is super comfortable and the tv can watch youtube The table looks old and a bit dirty, and the shampoo and shower gel very disgusting because they mix with water and the bottle did not label which one is hair shampoo and which one is shower gel.

• Siew (8/5): An accessible location for a easy vacation in JB. - This is a great location, easily accessible from the main road. The host was prompt in following up with clear instructions such that checking in, finding our way and checking out was easy. The apartment facilities were great. I like the spacious gym that was quiet and not crowded. There are lots of food options and Aeon mall for shopping nearby making this accommodation a wonderful one. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep two pax as it is not firm. Every movement or turn is amplified by the spring, disturbing the person next to me. It was actually quite tough to have a restful sleep. I would have given a 9 or 10 if the mattress was better.

• Ben (8/5): Very good - Fuss free its a unit that sorted into two rooms, the next door when they exited their room in the morning, jangled the keys and slamed the doors so loudly and long that it its woke me up thinking someone is breaking in.

The room was great, with clear instructions on working appliances, etc communication excellent. The security guard was very friendly and helpful. Screaming kids and the lock was hard for me to read on the mailbox because the numbers were so small

• Mohamad (6/5): Okay for 1 night stay only - Strategic location,nearby with so many things such as Aeon mall, mcd, shop-lot and others convenient store. Easy to find, easy check in. The room quite small, smart tv provided but the Netflix etc need to use own account. The aircond located bit far from bed area so i didn’t feel cold enough. Overall the just so so, Ive been better place so for me this just average.

• Juandy (7/5): Internet that barely working - Host is quick to respond. Overall value for money if you don't need internet access. The internet connection is very very bad. Even though I was connected, everything that I browsed through my phone couldn't refresh. Same goes to the TV, I can't watch anything due to the internet. It is a mesh router shared with many different units of apartments.

The owner is friendly and very fast in replying messages. The room is not 100% soundproofed. Heard some of the chit chat and laughters from neighbor at night.

• Jacquelyn (7/5): Wonderful time at the appt and will return again next time! - The room was very clean and neat upon arrival. Easy to communicate with host and location is very central to food and shopping places. The wifi internet is not stable for watching TV programmes/browsing TV apps etc. We had to use our hotspot at times. There were only two pillows. It would be nice to have at least four pillows for 2-pax. There is water leakage on the bidet spray. You might want to have it replaced.
• Rong (10/5): 2D 1N stay - The space, although it's a studio alike or maybe U can call it Studio apartment,the whole environment is suitable for short stay. All the home required necessity is available, there's an microwave too. Which make take away a tempting option. Location is good, its a walking distance to Aeon Mall. Alot of food places too around the area. Definitely will be back to stay again when I'm in JB Bukit Indah area. Nothing. All's 👍
