- Yulia (1/5): Terrible experience and unprofessional team. AVOID - 1/5 Horrible experience, avoid this place I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I arrived at 6:00 am (which I informed them about), but they refused to let me leave even one suitcase inside the apartment while they cleaned. Their checkout time is 10:00 am, yet they still made me wait outside until 3:30 pm. Then they told me the locker was broken and made me wait even longer. I was exhausted before I even checked in. After finally entering the apartment at 3:30 pm, they flooded me with messages insisting that I must check out the next day by 10:00 am. (they sent it through Booking, gmail, and 2 of my WhatsApp numbers multiple times). When I asked for a small courtesy extension until 10:30 due to their delayed check-in, they refused and threatened to charge me. The worst part: the next morning at 9:50 am, a male cleaner entered my room without knocking while I was completely naked. No apology, no responsibility - nothing!!!!!!!!!!! This was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable stays I’ve ever had. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place.
