- Donna (9/5): It was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed it very much! - Proximity to Disney. The neighborhood was lovely and well maintained. The downstairs bathroom faucet drains very slowly. For some reason, the ceiling fan lights in the upstairs bedrooms are connected. When you turn on one, it turns on the other and vice versa.

- Stacey (3/5): Be careful, it does not look like the pictures. - Location is awesome, great gate service, easy key access The maintenance of the place was not great. There were a lot of things broken, stains on the curtains, broken blinds. When I let them know of all the things wrong, they acted like they didn't know. I would want to know how my rental property was being kept. The floors were not clean either. The main uncomfortable thing is that you can not control the temperature of the place. you have to email them and wait. I tried and was told that they would let the office know but the temp never changed. It was freezing in there. The beds are not comfortable either.
