• Dimon (9/5): apartment was so great to stay, we fully enjoyed, parking was great option, price was reasonable. - Self check-in was easy, and the parking inside the building was reasonably priced. The elevator was also very convenient. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen was modern and excellent, even including a dishwasher and a coffee maker, which was a great bonus. I also liked the bed — it was comfortable. However, we booked the apartment for three people, so I expected to sleep on the sofa, which was fine, but no bed sheets were provided for it. The pillows were uncomfortable and could use replacement. There were also no kitchen towels available. The Wi-Fi network information did not match the one specified in the instructions, so I had to use another available network, but the connection quality was poor. There was no air conditioning, although several fans were provided. During our stay the weather was comfortable, so it was not a major issue, but I assume the apartment could become quite warm because it faces the sunny side. Additionally, the outside blinds on the windows were partially closed, I was not unable to adjust them.

• Oliver (8/5): Dobar smeštaj ali bez wifi interneta. - Dosta dobra lokacija. Svi uređaji su na raspolaganju. Pogled na ulicu i trg. Parking na ulici. Lepo i čisto kupatilo. Ne čuje se spoljašnja buka. Wifi Internet uopšte nije radio. Kod za otključavanje kutije sa ključevima je promenjen nekoliko sati pre ulaska u smeštaj. Pokušavao sam nekoliko minuta da otključam sa kodom koji sam prethodno dobio ali nisam uspevao. Tek kada sam hteo da pišem objektu za pomoć video sam poruku. Moglo bi da bude vrlo nezgodno da nisam imao internet preko svog telefona.

• Małgorzata (10/5): The apartment is on the top of the list of most sought-after properties for future stays in Vienna. - Fantastic apartment. Small but very functionally furnished. Clean and aesthetically pleasing. The equipment is as described and complete. The location is truly superb: metro, tram, and bus provide quick connections to the city center and Vienna's interesting sites. Despite being located on a main street, the apartment is noise-free. Grocery stores, a pharmacy, and other shops are just a few minutes away. Unfortunately, I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. The signal was quite weak.

• Iryna (7/5): - Апартаменти чисті, зручні. Нова техніка, гарний посуд, є все необхідне. Дуже зручне розташування біля метро, там же є магазини та ресторанчики. При онлайн реєстрації була запропонована опція з паркування за додаткову плату, якою ми і скористались. Але при отриманні інструкції для заселення, про паркування нічого не було сказано. Щоб отримати інформацію де можна припаркуватись довелось досить довго з'ясовувати це питання у чаті. Також не сподобалось що не було застелено спальне місце для дитини. Здається, коли ви погождуєте проживання трьох людей у своїх апартаментах, то маєте всіх трьох забезпечити спальними місцями? Чи ні? Апартаменти знаходяться у багатоквартирному будинку, у під'їзді було брудно, так як і у ліфті. Навряд чи власник апартаментів може на це вплинути, але все одно було зовсім неприємно.

• Jiří (4/5): - Bezproblémový flexibilní bezkontaktní check-in. Byt je velmi pěkný a vkusně a dobře vybavený. Gauč je také pohodlný. Kuchyň je zcela praktická, jen nám došlo až druhý den, že pod lednicí není mrazák, ale další důležité nádobí. Čtvrť jako taková není moc atraktivní, ale lokalita nám vyhovovala. Bohužel nebylo čisté prostěradlo uvnitř gauče, bylo plné vlasů. To bylo nepříjemné překvapení uprostřed noci. Hostitel to vůbec neřešil a vymáhal po mě fotografie prostěradla, což je samo o sobě absurdní. I když jsem mu je poslal, žádná náprava nepřišla. Pozor na to, že adresa na Bookingu není kompletní a je matoucí. Ubytování není na čísle 10, to je číslo čtvrti. Pro získání čísla domu musíte spustit navigaci na Booking.com nebo počkat na check-in instrukce hostitele. Standardní check-out je již do 10h a prodloužit se dá jen do 12h za €15. Jinak jen detaily, v koupelně není kam si pověsit 4 ručníky a v kuchyni nám chyběla utěrka.

The front door which had a code didnt actually lock when you closed it sometimes, which made me feel uncomfortable that anyone could access the building. On the occasion the door jammed although the host was able to help me

• Tytarenko (8/5): Хорошо - Чисто, легко заселиться. Есть кухня и посуда. Нет кондиционера, есть вентиляторы. Довольно непростая коммуникация с хозяином. Обсуждение парковки заняло больше времени, чем самостоятельно припарковаться на соседней улице. Нужно отправлять паспортные данные используя сторонний сервис. Несколько тарелок были сильно грязными с присохшими остатками пищи и находились просто под чистыми. Хоть это вопрос к постояльцам, а не хозяину, но можно было и проверить во время уборки. Тем более есть посудомоечная машина.

• Daria (6/5): - Розташування близько станції метро з якого 5 зупинок до Центру міста. В переліку зручностей вказано що є кондиціонер, але його немає. Замість нього є 2 вентилятори, але це не дуже допомагає. Вікна апартаментів виходять на вулицю де багато шуму від транспорту та людей цілу ніч, тому майже не спали. В цілому було непогано прибрано, в холодильнику було брудновато.

• Alexandra (10/5): Really nice - We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was very cozy and stylish, with new furniture, furnished with everything you need. The apartment was 3 minutes away from the metro station, there was a supermarket across the street and a small park right around the corner. I highly recommend this apartment, it has a very good value for money. Some paper towels in the kitchen would be really helpful. And also, some coffee pads/pods would be appreciated, at least for the first day of the stay. Apart from that, the stay here was perfect.

• Aistė (5/5): The apartment has great potential which is ruined severely by awful communication. - The interior of the flat is consistent and well thought of. The kitchen had no sharp knives at all. The bathroom smelled of smoke really bad. The smoke detector in the room was covered with a bag for some reason. Booking states that parking in the building costs 12 EUR, but we had to pay 15 EUR. Booked the parking space and paid for it in advance, but the designated place was occupied. Communication with the hosts was awful: nobody answered the phone, communication came on WhatsApp from a different number than the one listed on Booking. The host did not offer any solution for the problem, we had to find it ourselves. The host simply offerred late check-out “out of goodwill” (that’s a direct quote). Received a lot of messages with advertising - information was excessive and irrelevant. Received passive agressive message from the host to leave a possitive review. The apartment requested filling out forms online which required excessive personal information and could be perceived as a breach of GDPR. The garage for parking is of dubious safety as it can be opened by simply pressing one button. Maybe that is why the garage reeked of urine and there were puddles on the floor.
