- Marni (10/5): Great location in a comfy homely house! - The property is in a great spot! 2 minute walk to light rail and train station, Greta pubs, restaurants and cafes close by and lovely walk along the harbour and marina. Very comfortable beds and lounge, very roomy and plenty of space. Awesome little courtyard and secure yard for our pets and 3 parking spots in locked up garages. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Point of contact, Saksham, was very helpful and accomodating. Nothing
- George_Samaan (6/5): - Good size house Just few points to highlight:
1. The ducted air-condition not working.
2. The first room on the left hand side have previous damage to the door.
3. Most of the door handles are loose specifically the handle of the toilet near the landury.
4. The ceiling fan in the kitchen not working.
5. We have washed the back yard, which was messy.
6. The two garage entrances are built far too high, causing my sedan to scrape the ground heavily every time I enter. The clearance is unsuitable for standard vehicles, and at this stage only 4x4s can access these garages without risking damage.
- Alison (8/5): A comfortable home in a great location - Location was perfect. One block from light rail.cages and restaurants nearby.
Well equipped house with comfy beds. Outdoor area was not clean or welcoming
Bins were full and smelly. Contacts were excellent in attending to cleaning the following day but bins meant we couldn't spend time outdoors.
We had planned to bring dogs but glad we didn't as there is no grassy area in yard or street.
- Davin (8/5): Had a good time - couple with grown up son and our dog. - Location is excellent, and bathrooms are good. Nice walk with the dog to the Coles to get groceries. Very close to the train station.
There are three garages all with their own remote opener!
It rained all week while we were there, and having the covered patio was nice.
Fridge is enormous.
Nice to have pepper, salt and spices on hand. There is no freezer! Can't buy ice cream or freeze blocks for the esky on the way home.
Fridge was not very clean when we arrived - curry stains on one of the shelves.
Fridge collects a lot of condensation on the bottom shelf!
The front gate gets stuck closed and is very difficult to open.
BBQ was very dirty (we did not use it).
Stovetop had been cleaned, but had not been reassembled correctly - took some fiddling to reorganise the burner rings and get the gas to light correctly.
Vanity lights in the master ensuite aren't working (overhead light is fine).
