• Buckingham (6/5): Mediocre. - The property had a nice layout. The property had a funny smell to it and didn’t have suitable parking. When we arrived we had to wait for 15 minutes in the cold before someone came to let us in. The person who let us in couldn’t answer any of our questions and wasn’t very friendly. The security deposit was told would be returned in 5-7 business days. It was returned after 8 business days only because I texted to ask about why I hadn’t received it.

In two days stay we was without heater kids suffered much. my little one got fever in cold

• Jack (3/5): Great location- TERRIBLE experience - Modern and comfortable in a good location for commuting into central London We made a booking for 21 nights due to work in central london. Originally, it was very appealing, due to location/pictures and parking. Firstly, the parking is on the road which is paid and has a maximum stay also, on event days there is no parking. Secondly, from the first day the hot water and heating was not working. We spoke with the representative of the property via whatsapp (given upon arrival) who came round and dropped a bucket off, nothing was mentioned of fixing it. I can only assume the bucket was to use kettle water to wash with. Only when I threatened to go to Booking.com did anyone respond stating it was a wider issue and should be resolved within 48 hours. 21 nights later, we left with no hot water or heating still working. Ended up having to get a gym membership in Wembley Central, to have a hot shower. Approx 2 messages sent per day to the property manager who kept telling me the entire block was experiencing the issue. Upon discussing with tenants coming in/out of the building, this was not the case. So 21 days of no hot water and heating, around 40 messages sent, 3 phone calls and a safety concern raised with booking.com, they offered me £190 compensation (around 7.9% of total price). I would not recommend this property, it seems rather than solving the issue, they pretend it is a wider issue. On top of this, they take a security deposit outside of booking.com which you then become fully responsible if they do not refund it, nothing your bank or booking.com can do. Also, a mandatory cleaning fee per week was set (on top of the £125 advised when booking) but nobody ever turned up to clean!

• Rich (4/5): Wouldn’t book again. Holding deposit for long periods is disgusting. Many people have the same problem.. - Close to Wembley stadium. Lots of banging from the apartment above. 10:00am check out time but the staff turned up at 9:45 and knocked on the door to see if we were ready. Having to give passports and pay a £350 deposit. The deposit took far too long to be refunded (almost 2 weeks with poor excuses as ‘there is an issue with the bank’) doesn’t sound at all believable. Smoke alarms went off whenever we used the toaster. Staff are not in the UK and we’re not easy to contact.

• Jo (1/5): - This host are not located in the UK, refused to give us a correct number for someone in the UK, they don't have a payment link to set up the security deposit, which would only hold a deposit. Expect you to send the deposit via bank or PayPal or pay cash of £350.00 & expect to wait around 5 days for it to be returned. As a company, we book daily, this host cannot provide a suitable format for customers to protect themselves. Yes, a lot of hosts have a link. paying a deposit is never an issue, but this is unacceptable. Contacted booking.com & even they couldn't get hold of them.
• Beata (7/5): Lokal bardzo przyjemny, zasady gospodarza mniej przyjemne. - W lokalu były 2 łazienki, wygodne łóżka i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo blisko jest sklep spożywczy, otwarty do późnych godzin. - Gospodarz poinformował nas, że powinniśmy wynieść po sobie śmieci, a wydaje mi się, że to powinno być wliczone w koszty sprzątania. - Pomimo, że był mały taras, nie było żadnych mebli na taras, żeby można było usiąść na zewnątrz. - Lokal mieści się w pobliżu stadionu Wembley, czego konsekwencją jest, że w dni meczu tworzą się ogromne korki. - Nie można nawet na chwile zaparkować przed blokiem, żeby się rozpakować, ponieważ brak jakiegokolwiek miejsca. - Parkowanie w pobliżu przy ulicy jest płatne, ale możliwe w ciągu dnia tylko przez 4 godziny, dlatego jeżeli chcecie np. zwiedzać Londyn i zostawić samochód na cały dzień to jest to duży problem. - W dniu wymeldowania rano otrzymaliśmy informację, że za każde 15 minut spóźnienia w opuszczeniu lokalu będziemy obłożeni opłata 50 GBP a pani sprzątająca punkt 10.00 rano stała już w drzwiach. Robi to bardzo nieprzyjemne odczucie na pożegnanie. - Aż 14 dni czekaliśmy na zwrot kaucji, pomimo, że nic nie zostało z niej potrącone a wcześniej poinformowano nas, że zwrot kaucji nastąpi między 5-7dni.

• Joanne (8/5): The apartment was clean warm and situated in a great location for our trip, we would return. - Great location It was advised as having a settee bed in the lounge but it was just a regular settee which my 6’2” son had to sleep on!

Close to tube station Comfortable accomodation Not really a major issue but: Parking is on street, or at a car park rather than on site. You will need to pay a security deposit of £350. This was returned though after our stay.
• Alex (1/5): Liars. - Changed their information after they lied about having free parking. Will not return your deposit unless you pester them several times. Incredibly unprofessional.
• Mark (1/5): Bad - owners require a copy of personal information meaning ID. I told them I could not provide that and they refused to allow me in the home. Bookings.com on the website advises to not provide this information but did nothing about it.

The kitchen was well equipped with tea/coffee provided. The property is located on the high street & has inadequate parking. In addition there was broken shards of glass in the outside garden so we didn’t go into this area.

• Ana (8/5): Nice stay. Be aware the property will ask for a refundable £250 damage deposit and copies of your passports/ driving - Modern apartment, 2 bathrooms A bit basic. Also the property saw some damage in the past.
• Jahi (9/5): Modern spacious property in a good location. - Decent property. And the host was helpful too with clear instructions on how to get inside the property and was on hand for any enquiries. The apartment was spaces, and I liked the huge windows which allowed plenty of natural light inside the property. The WiFi was decent too. When I booked the property, it didn't state anywhere about the £250 damage deposit but now it does. I pointed this out to both the host and booking.com who did offer me a chance to cancel for free. I was given back the damage deposit but 7 days after check-out. I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

• Holly (9/5): Cozy apartment located at great location - Overall we are pleased with the stay. The apartment is cosy and bright with lots of large windows giving great air ventilation. The location is perfect for shopping lover as London designer outfit, TKmax, primark etc are right around the corner. Transport is convenient as the train station is 5 mins away. Sainsbury, Tesco and seafood store are just downstairs so no need to worry about where to get food. The host is really helpful and friendly. The balcony is currently not available due to construction. Would be nice if it is available so we can enjoy the nice view.
