• Māris (5/5): - Convenient apartment location Dirty apartment. The floors are dirty, there is dust under the beds, the windows are dirty, the dishes are dirty. I felt uncomfortable because of the dirt.
• Avinoam (9/5): היה טוב פרט ליציאה המוקדמת מהדירה. - דירה נקייה, מסודרת, נוחה, מיקום טוב. כניסה ליחידה רק בשעה 1500 אבל עזיבת הדירה ב1000 בבוקר. אין מקום להשאיר מזוודות גם כשיוצאים כל כך מוקדם מהדירה.
• Bernadette (6/5): - die Wohnung wäre super, jedoch waren alle Fenster verschmuzt, es gab zwar ein Rollo, aber keine Vorhänge, einsehbar jederzeit von den Nachbarn, die Küchenzeile sowie die Töpfe waren schmutzig, auch alle Wände, Bad und WC war aber sauber. Die Lage war top, gute Anbindung, alles in der Nähe. Zusammengefasst, wenn die Fenster, Küchenzeile und Wände auch noch sauber gewesen wären, dann hätten wir uns willkommen gefühlt. Wohnlich wäre es mit Tagvorhängen gewesen.

• Frau Gaertner (7/5): - Das Apartement war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten hatte gute Matratzen.In der Nähe hatten wir eine gute Anbindung zur U Bahn. Ein schönes Gartenrestaurant war gleich gegenüber. Als wir die Wohnung bezogen, erschien sie zunächst sauber. Es zeigten sich jedoch bei genauer Betrachtung einige Gebrauchsspuren und Verunreinigungen. Der Dekoübertopf mit Kunstpflanze war kaputt. Kleine Furnierverletzungen waren auf dem Küchentisch zu sehen. Am Sofa, auf den Stühlen und am Bett zeigten sich kleine weiße Flecken auf dem Polster. Die Verunreinigungen, in der Toilette und im Backofen wurden nach unserer KI generierten Meldung dann schnell behoben. Auch an den Wänden gab es Gebrauchsspuren, besonders an der Küchenwand hinter dem Mülleimer! Bei drei Erwachsenen wäre es schön gewesen, auch drei Weingläser zu haben. Leider blieb es, nach unserem Wunsch um ein weiteres Glas, bei zwei Weingläsern. Als wir den Spüler betätigen wollten, funktionierte dieser nicht und wir haben unser Frühstücksgeschirr mit der Hand gespült. Eine große Flasche Spülmittel, ein Abwaschtuch und Küchenpapier war dazu ausreichend vorhanden. Das Küchenhandtuch haben wir allerdings besorgen müssen und im Apartement gelassen. Auch war der Rauchmelder im Küchen und Wohnbereich nicht an der Decke befestigt, was wir zunächst nicht bemerkt hatten.Dieser lag in einer Ecke, in einem Regal. An einem Tag funktioniert der Aufzug nicht. Da die Tür ständig hin und her pendelte. Nach unserer Meldung wurde dieser aber schnell repariert. Leider haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts kein Personal gesehen oder gesprochen. Das ist für uns doch noch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

• Angelika (7/5): - Sehr geräumig, Fahrstuhl, reinkommen nur durch Code, kurzer Weg zur U- Bahn Zu wenig Stühle auf dem Balkon, zu wenig Ablageflächen in allen Räumen, zu wenig Geschirr, leider kein Besen oder Staubsauger vorhanden, kein Handtuchhalter im WC, kein Netflix trotz Beschreibung und in den Bädern lief das Wasser nicht ab.

• Dávid (10/5): - I’ve traveled a lot over the past year, and this was the best stay so far in every way. Excellent location, spacious size, well-equipped, and very bright during the day. Despite Booking’s clear policies, they requested card details under the guise of a “deposit,” charging 50 euros. I provided details for a card I’d never used anywhere else last Wednesday. There was significant fraud on the card from Sunday to Monday night.

• Frank (9/5): Alles perfekt für uns. - Alles so wie beschrieben, perfekt für uns. Ubahn direkt erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten top. Keine eigenen Parkplätze. Parken muss man aufpassen, hab nicht gecheckt das es Kurzzeitparkplätze sind. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Weiß bis heute nicht wo das Stand ;-)

• Antonio (10/5): - Appartamento spazioso e luminoso ben riscaldato. Letti comodi e grandi. Si può oscurare completamente per chi è abituato a dormire al buio. Cucina molto attrezzata: forno, microonde, bollitore addirittura lavastoviglie compresa di pastiglie. C'è anche la macchina del caffè, ma mancavano le capsule. Comodo ai servizi e molto silenzioso. Se dovessimo tornare a Vienna, ci torneremmo molto volentieri. Se proprio bisogna trovare un difetto si può dire che non sarebbe male avere più superficie d'appoggio in bagno, perché finché si è in due va tutto bene, ma se si è in quattro ognuno con le sue cose non si sa dove appendere il proprio telo doccia e i propri prodotti.

This apartment is actually what you see in the images beautiful place. Shower was excellent everyday hot and nice everything was great baring a couple things.I would recommend. The sofas extremely uncomfortable , me & my son found it very hard to get comfortable the sofa's are a definate no no. The inernet kept buffing which was quite annoying. The last night internet shut off everything went dead no phone no TV due to Internet.

• DUBREUIL PERRONNET (5/5): - L’appartement était spacieux, bien placé, dans une rue calme avec possibilité de se garer dans un parking à 6 minutes à pied à la journée pour 8euros. Très intéressant. Tout l’immeuble est en Rbnb, nous étions au rdc et avons été dérangés par les vas et viens dans l’immeuble et portes qui claquaient. La literie était plutôt molle, très moyenne et la douche mériterait un nettoyage sérieux des moisissures. Quelques éléments de vaisselle supplémentaires dans la cuisine seraient un plus. C’était juste. L’appartement permet d’avoir un toit sur la tête mais n’offre aucun confort particulier ou chaleur décorative pour avoir envie d’y passer du temps en journée.

• Shan (8/5): 好房间，但是可以继续进步 - 地段很好，距离地铁5分钟走路路程。街角有亚洲超市，距离penny和lidl dm有15分钟步行距离。房屋设备齐全，有洗衣机，烤箱，灶台，微波炉。房间面积大。 卫生情况一般，客厅沙发有不明污渍，只能铺上酒店毛巾再坐。餐凳上还有米饭粒和头发。 客厅有烟味。 床是纯海绵床垫，一躺就会陷进去，没有弹簧支撑。 下午三点才能用密码进房间，到达维也纳之后客服只有自动回复，无法沟通提前入住。

The location is excellent, with very good connections to public transportation, making it easy to get around. For those who enjoy walking, the city center(Bezirk 1) is about an hour away on foot, which makes for a pleasant walk. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Vienna. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Metro station is nearby - two minutes walking. I was able to park my car nearby for free. The apartment was too big for the two of us and would be comfortable for four persons. Very good restaurant across the street.

Rather difficult to be in contact with the property management. The whatsapp is navigated by automated response . To be in touch with an actual person is via email only. Hence response was not immediate.

Unfortunately no broom, no mop, nor hoover to keep it easily clean. Door to the flat opens on every 3rd try at an avarage. No furniture in bathroom to put down a toothbrush, or anything really.

• Mª ELENA (7/5): Cómodo y bien comunicado. - Bien comunicado y con mucho espacio. Por las noches al bajar tanto la temperatura exterior , en la planta superior del duplex hacia frío.
• Dean (1/5): Not recommended. Do not book this place. They simply do not care about your safety once you have checked in. - Location One of the worst stays I have ever had. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The most serious problem was that we got locked out of our room at 10 PM and no one helped us. There is a so-called “privacy button” inside the room. If you press it and go outside, you completely lock yourself out. The door works with a code and there is no way to enter again. In their message with the instructions, they never say that you must not press this button. There is something written next to the door, but it is not clear, and it does not explain the consequences. It only says not to press it, without explaining that you will be locked out. When you are in a hurry, it is very easy not to notice or read the message near the door. And even if one person in your group reads it, like in our case, that does not mean someone else cannot press it by total mistake. If you press it accidentally, especially late at night, you can end up stuck outside with no help, exactly what happened to us. Even worse, after 8 PM they do not respond to any emergencies. During the day, you cannot even speak with a real person, only a useless bot that barely answers anything. At 2 AM, instead of helping us, they sent us a message blaming and scolding us. There was not even a single apology. We were told someone would come in the morning, but they arrived after 9 AM and did not hurry at all. We had to manage on our own during the Christmas holiday period, when everything in the city was fully booked and no hostels had any rooms available. It was very cold outside, which made the situation even worse. The problem could have been solved very easily. They could have just given us the staff room code so we could get a key from the cleaning staff. Instead, we were left outside for the entire night. What if a child had pressed that button? What would happen then? It is unacceptable to have a button that can lock people out without huge warnings and without explaining it clearly in the original instructions.

• Luka (10/5): Very nice and pleasent accomendation - Very nice and spaceious apartmen. It is far from the city center but it is right next to the subway from which you can easily get to the center in like 10 minutes. Subway is not that expensive if you buy a ticket for more days. There is no staff so when you check out you can not just leave your baggade with staff and go somehere elss to quickly see something before ypur trip.

• Manitra (8/5): Einfach schön. Es gibt fast nichts zu meckern. - Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu entdecken. Die U-bahn ist ein paar Metet von der Unterkunft Entfernung. Supermärkte gibt es auch in der Nähe. Wir waren mit unserem Apartment sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment war ganz sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Check-in war ganz praktisch und schnell. Das Check-out genauso unkompliziert. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir waren jetzt im Herbst in Wien. Das Apartment war schön warm als wir ankamen. Also, alles bestens. Das Check-in war um 15.00 Uhr und man bekommt die E-Mail fürs Check-in ganz kurz vor 15.00 Uhr. Das hat uns etwas nervös gemacht. Es wäre besser wenn man die E-Mail ein paar Stunden bekommen kann. Da kann man entspannt nach Wien reisen.

• Evelyn (8/5): Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir würden es nochmal buchen. - Sehr gute Lage, U Bahnstation gleich in der Nähe. Großzügiges Appartement für vier Personen. Haben uns wohlgefühlt. Eine Information bei Buchung welche Kaffeepads man benötigt und wo man diese kaufen kann wäre gut bzw. Kaffeepads zur Verfügung stellen. Da das Appartement im Parterre ist, gehen die Passanten direkt an den Fenstern der Schlafräume vorbei und können beim Lüften ins Schlafzimmer schauen. Das Ein- und ausladen des Gepäcks vom Auto ist problematisch, da man in dieser Straße schlecht stehenbleiben kann.
• Rafał (9/5): Bardzo fajny - Świetna lokalizacja, do metra dosłownie 100 metrów. W weekend można na pobliskich ulicach znaleźć darmowe miejsce do zaparkowania. W pozostałe dni dostępne niedaleko dwa parkingi Apcoa za 11 euro. Dosłownie jeden przystanek metrem. Apartament był bardzo czysty i duży. Spokojna okolica, sklepy ok. 100 m. Restauracja na przeciwko apartamentu. W pobliżu stacja paliw, gdzie można zrobić koniecznie zakupy o późnej porze. Apartament bardzo duży, winda, obsługa na kody, nie trzeba nosić i pilnować kluczy, wystarczy zdjęcie z kodami. Osobna toaleta. Trochę mało sztućców, były tyko dwie łyżeczki. Przydałyby się na wyposażeniu takie rzeczy jak kawa, herbata , cukier czy sól
• Aksana (7/5): Не задалось с самого начала - Останавливаемся здесь второй раз. И на этот раз уже абсолютно другое впечатление. Top 7 обтрепался за 3 месяца. По-прежнему неплохое положение апартаментов, две линии метро, удобные кровати, наличие посудомойки и стиральной машины, много посуды брали своей, потому что знали, чего нет в апартаментах. А в апартаментах по-прежнему отвратительный wifi. Розетки вырваны с мясом, уборка была плохо выполнена, грязный пол на входе, диван требует химчистки, залит каким-то соком, стена за диваном в брызгах. Служба поддержки по телефону - бесполезная. Весь роуминг на них истратили. Они даже не в курсе, что у них по улице Geistergasse есть апартаменты, требовали сказать название. Но из перечисленных ими 4 не было ни одного с названием GG13, разговаривали как с сумасшедшей, которая звонит не по адресу, не знает где живет, перенаправляли три раза по одному и тому же номеру, по которому и так звонила. Нам при заселении пришел код, который не подходил от двери. Лишь только чат с ботом через watsup смог решить проблему, и то, через час, когда подключили человека, а так мы стояли перед дверьми судорожно вводя код раз 20, потом код дистанционного перепрошили , он стал подходить. Совет: держите наготове номер брони, адрес апартаментов , название апартаментов прежде чем им звонить. Английский на слух понимают плохо.

• Nikolett (10/5): Spacious apartment in good neighborhood - The apartment was a real home away from home. It had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and near the metro. Will definetly stay here again when in Vienna.
• Charlotte (2/5): Not as advertised - Apartment was very spacious and great location I booked this apartment specifically because it was 2 bedroom and we were 2 friends. However they didn't make the second bed up and left no sheets for it so my friend had to sleep on a towel the first night. The staff were also very rude and unhelpful. The shower was also cold.

• Dagmar (10/5): - Prostorný, čistý apartmán se vším co potřebujete během pobytu. Metrem se dostanete, kam potřebujete. V blízkosti apartmánu potraviny i restaurace. Velice pohodlný check-in i check-out. Cítili jsme se zde velmi komfortně. Pobyt zde určitě doporučuji.
