• JuWan (3/5): - Space was huge Cleanliness of the bathroom were poor. Food scraps were found on the cutting board and the walls had spots on them. The apartment location on the posting was incorrect and was more south. It appears to be the same as other posting with low scores

• kirk (8/5): - The apartment was very spacious, we loved the vaulted ceilings. Beautiful views.. beds could be a little more comfortable, but we slept good. No parking, the first night we paid for parking because we had just flown in and were very tired, and we couldn’t find parking, second night we got parking in front, third night it took us almost an hour, but we finally found parking. If people rent from there, they should have access to the parking garage as well, there’s plenty of room in the garage, I was gonna park in the garage, but I didn’t want my vehicle towed, but it would be beneficial for people with disabilities that can’t walk far or in a wheelchair. Also, there was some damage in the apartment that we stayed at, some window damage, a stain on the ground and some marks on the walls. Need more cooking pans, sheets etc

• Karen (7/5): Good - Great location Street parking can be hard to find because of the area. Staff messages and communications were confusing as I received messages about complaints before I even checked in yet
• Sara (8/5): It is a great place to stay overall , would come back again - The property is about 10-15min walk from the nearest train station but has plenty of bus stops near by one is 3 minutes away. The property is well located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants or shops to eat. The apartment itself is very nice and very spacious. The building is nice an secured and has a fantastic rooftop view The staff were very politely and friendly helpful with any enquiries and they let us check in earlier . The floor was a bit dirty. Theres no dark blinders so you get all the sunshine in the morning. There wasn’t much with what we could cook (pans or cooking pots) despite the apartment kitchen amenities being very well equipped and modern so it was a shame not to used it as full.
• Raymart (8/5): Clean, Beautiful, Quiet, and Sunny! - My family loved their stay at this 2 Bed, 1 Loft. The furniture was elegant and the community was very quiet. We just wish the parking situation were a bit easier, and the included toiletries were a more elevated given the price of the stay. But other than that, it was a good short stay while visiting LA.
