And had everything you needed Not the fault of the property at all but very noisy. Construction work was going on through out the night which kept us awake. But that is no fault to the accommodation
• Iacopo Giuseppe (9/5): Appartamento spazioso e ben collegato, ideale anche per soggiorni tranquilli - L’appartamento è molto spazioso, luminoso e ben curato, situato a un piano alto con ascensore. Gli ambienti sono puliti e ben mantenuti, con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole, inclusa una cucina completamente attrezzata e un bel balcone. La posizione è eccellente, con la fermata del tram proprio sotto casa, che permette di raggiungere il centro di Zurigo in poche fermate. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti anche supermercati e servizi, rendendo gli spostamenti e la vita quotidiana molto comodi. L’host è stato molto disponibile e comunicativo, fornendo indicazioni utili sulla città e restando reperibile anche per eventuali emergenze, un aspetto particolarmente apprezzato. L’isolamento acustico verso la strada principale potrebbe essere migliorato, così come la disponibilità di prese elettriche, soprattutto in camera da letto. Anche il materasso potrebbe risultare migliorabile per alcuni ospiti. Sarebbe inoltre utile semplificare la raccolta differenziata, aggiungendo più contenitori dedicati. Nel complesso, una soluzione consigliata, soprattutto per chi cerca spazio, comodità e ottimi collegamenti con il centro città.

Distante 20 min a piedi dal centro "Opera" Semplificare la raccolta dell'immondizia differenziata con più raccoglitori apposta e mancano delle prese della corrente specialmente in camera da letto. anche il materasso potrebbe essere migliore

• Claudia (9/5): Schöne, helle Wohnung im 4. Stock. - Sehr große und ansprechende Wohnung im 4. Liftstock. Hell und freundlich. Alle da, was man braucht und erwartet. Der Lärmschutz zur viel befahrenen Seefelderstraße mit ihren Straßenbahnen ist verbesserungswürdig. Keine Steckdosen beim Bett, auch nicht für die vorhandenen Nachttischlampen.

• hussam (9/5): a great place for a family stay in Zurich - the rooms were spacious and well equipped as was the kitchen. the neighborhood was nice with close proximity to the lake (5 min walk), with a nearby coop just across the street. great place for a family stay. the early check out maybe (10 am)
• Michal (10/5): - Tohle ubytování bylo naprosto fantastické. Prostorný byt, čistý, uklizený, s prefektním balkonem. Hned u ubytování je zastávka tramvaje (5 zastávek do centra) a supermarket s potravinami. Pokud opět zavítám do Zürichu, ubytuji se tady.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. He guided us to many interesting locations in and around Zurich that were easily reachable from the apartment. He also kindly provided his personal number in case of any emergencies, which made us feel well taken care of. Nothing
