melo (3/5): Não recomendo região feia e insegura! - O apto é como nas fotos mas até você entrar nele é horrível o corredor as paredes são sujas com muito mofo e infiltração! A localização é horrível predio bem velho uma região perigosa o Uber não queria nem ficar parado ali na frente, prédios em volta todos muito pichados realmente levei um susto qdo vi o lugar que ficava! A avaliação diz excepcional mas na verdade deste apto não tem nenhuma avaliação e ágora entendo porque!
