What pleasantly surprised us was the renovation of the first floor — everything in the living room and kitchen looked brand new and sparkling clean. It’s clear that the property is very well maintained. The pool is cleaned regularly, and the villa is ideally located just 100 meters from the beach and 200 meters from several restaurants. Quiet, peaceful, and spotless — a perfect place to relax.

Lovely pool area which was cleaned 3 times per week. Second stay at this Villa and will hopefully return in the future. Villa is positioned with easy access to 2 lovely beaches a few minutes walk away. Likewise with some lovely restaurants. Especially Faliros restaurant, which was superb. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful and popped in a couple of times to ensure everything was ok. Everything was excellent.

Also the host is very responsive and quick to answer! This is by far my favourite villa after couple of visits to Cyprus !

We had such a great time, we have booked to stay here again this year. Only one door key, when the wife and I went out for the evening, my daughter stayed at the villa and we had to wake her up to let us in as the key is welded to the power card that provides electricity for the villa.
