Pedro (6/5): A estadia foi salva apenas pela comodidade da localização. - A localização é muito boa. A portaria é ok. O quarto exige uma reforma e uma manutenção mais cuidadosa. A qualidade do colchão e travesseiros é apenas razoável. O quarto precisa de uma reforma geral. As alturas das duas mesas existentes são inadequadas. O que seria a mesa de trabalho, é tão baixa que seu uso é inviável. O box precisa ser renovado. Os travesseiros não são confortáveis. O colchão é apenas aceitável. Tudo poderia ser resolvido com um cuidado maior com a manutenção. Há apartamentos melhores no mesmo endereço e por custo semelhante.

Faria (3/5): - Limpeza apenas segunda quarta e sexta. Não deixam papel higiênico para todos os hóspedes (2 rolos para 4 pessoas por 3 dias) e nem cobertores e travesseiros suficientes. Caso precise de mais, é necessário pagar extra. Péssimo atendimento no whatsapp, chegamos no check in sem nenhuma informação necessária, mesmo enviando mensagem 1 hora antes perguntando do que precisávamos para realizar. Foto não condiz com o apartamento, conforta mal 4 pessoas mas em geral não é pessimo para passar poucas noites.

Roger (8/5): Ótima pelo espaço, prédio e suas comodidades e segurança, apartamento equipado, pecou nos detalhes. - Dos recepcionistas, muito atenciosos e prestativos. Da localização, meia quadra do shopping ajuda muito. Da máquina de nespresso, fantástico poder tomar um café quando quiser. Lavanderia do prédio é um diferencial. Net e Wifi fantásticos. Apartamento precisa de pequenos reparos, cortina persiana da sala soltando e torta, janela do quarto com descascado deccorrente da humidade. Sofá cama com espuma antiga, muito desconfortável para dormir.
