• Andrew (8/5): Great location, decent place - Per our gondolier, it is apparently the only ground floor unit in the entire area. He said the humidity is too high to live on the water all the time, but for us visiting for just a couple of days it's fine. Either way, it was fun to watch the gondolas go by from time to time when we were in - and to pass by ourselves on our own ride. The entrance is tucked away in a quiet alley courtyard which was a nice escape from the bustle of the main streets. The unit seemed clean. The air conditioner above the door of one of the bedrooms started leaking profusely and we were nearly drenched while getting our bags out the next morning. Luckily it was our last night, and the rep assured me it hadn't happened before so I'm sure they've likely gotten it repaired. The foyer between the exterior door and the door to the unit was very dark and dirty, making it feel unsafe even though it seemed fine otherwise.

• Kate (9/5): Great apartment in fabulous location - Lovely location, very spacious bedrooms and good kitchen facilities. Spent a lot of our time in the apartment watching the gondolas go by. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars close by and easy to get around to all the tourist attractions. So much written information which is helpful in some ways, but feels a bit like the rules at school camp. Some out of date e.g. how to find the fuse box. Information file offers user of washing machine and dryer in courtyard but both were full of washing during our stay, plus the cleaner accessed to do more washing from another apartment. We were given notice she was coming and it wasn't a problem for us.

• Serag (9/5): The apartment is tailored for Venice - The apartment is located in a central location in Venice, despite being in a quiet street still super close from restaurants, shops and just 5 minutes on foot to Rialto and 8 minutes to st.marco square, We had a feeling of familiarity and comfort since we entered the apartment, the window overlooking the canal elevated our experience during our stay, you could see the gondolas passing by while we’re having breakfast, We would like to thank Andrea for the smooth check in, he was always attentive and helpful, Highly recommended and Will definitely come back.

L'espace 2 chambres 2 salles de bains, les équipements machine à laver, lave vaisselle, la climatisation, le Wi-Fi, le fer à repasser, les sèches cheveux. La vue de la fenêtre sur les gondoles. Le geste de la propriétaire qui nous a offert une nuit gratuite suite à notre arrivée avec le ménage non fait dans l'appartement Manque de propreté. Quand nous sommes arrivés le ménage n'avait pas été fait ou mal fait, il y avait même un drap avec une énorme tache, les toilettes sales, le frigo pas nettoyé. Il y a un manque d'entretien général dans cet appartement (moisissures dans les douches, portes douches qui ferment difficilement, canapé entièrement taché et recouvert d'un vieux plaid, réfrigérateur en mauvais état, écran tv cassé. Appartement au rdc très sombre même avec les lumières allumées. Bruit récurrents avec l'appartement au dessus. Problème de sécurité avec la porte principale d'entrée de l'immeuble qui est cassée
• Ann (9/5): This place was a total win. Spacious, comfy and packed with atmosphere. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a front row seat - The location truly could not have been better. Tucked just steps away from all the major attractions, shops and the buzz of Venice, yet somehow wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We walked everywhere with ease and getting there from the airport was a breeze. Andrea, our host, was a gem,welcoming, polite and gave us spot-on directions that made check-in smooth as can be. The apartment felt like a little time capsule with its classic Venetian charm mixed with just the right touches of modern comfort. Watching gondolas glide by the windows made the whole experience feel like we were living inside a postcard. Cozy beds, two full bathrooms and a lovely homey vibe made it a perfect base for our group of four. Honestly not much to complain about. The apartment is old, but in that romantic, charming Venice way. A few minor age-related quirks, but nothing unexpected. If we’re being picky, the towels could have been a bit fluffier. That’s about it.

• Khurram (9/5): Superb - Quite area but excellent location, Appartment is spacious, beds were comfortable, luckily we were on ground floor, so very convenient. Less than 4 minutes walk from Realto stop (which is one of the main stop to get in Venice) For someone coming to Venice for the first time, check in procedure was a bit difficult.
• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment we stayed in for the weekend turned out to be incredibly romantic. In Venice, there’s a unique atmosphere of old-world charm and a touch of magic. The little balcony with a window overlooking the canal was especially enchanting - gondolas would pass right by, and we waved to the people as they floated along. It was so romantic to sit there in the morning with a cup of tea or coffee, soaking in the magical vibe. We also recorded a bunch of beautiful and atmospheric videos for our stories right by that window -it was just too picturesque to resist. It was a bit tricky to find the apartment at first, as the entrance is through a narrow corridor next to an ice cream shop, and it’s not immediately noticeable. But then we called, and they were incredibly kind and attentive they explained exactly where we needed to turn, and everything worked out perfectly.

• Suraj (9/5): I wish I stayed there a few more days. - A very authentic Venetian feel, the location was awesome. one can see boats and gondolas moving in the canal right through the hall window. While the building itself is quite old, the interiors of the apartment is very well done and in an authentic way. you step out of the apartment right into a street with everything from authentic restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and even theaters. Some of the kitchen wares are aged and should be done away with. There is no need for an additional charge and permission to use washing machine considering the rental which is charged.

• June (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything about the apartment - the cosiness, comfort and location. The apartment is a five minute walk from San Marco and about 10 minutes from the Realto which made it very convenient for getting around. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms were also nice and spacious. Also loved the small sit out outside the bedroom and the fact that we could watch the gondolas go past the living room window. Andrea communicated very well so finding the place was easy.

• Mckay (9/5): Great apartment in City Center - Excellent location in the center of Venice, private and quiet. St. Marks is a 2 mintue walk and the Grand Canal (Rialto) is a 5 minute walk. The apartment is ground floor, NO STAIRS!!, and has a large window looking out to the canal making it great to watch the gondola's float by and a private patio connected to the master bedroom. The beds are comfortable and decor is old world Venetain which is a nice touch. The bathrooms and showers are large. A/C works great. Nothing to report

Great for a family. It was a little cold, with it being January and being located on the ground floor, on the water. There were extra blankets, and there was a heater. If you come in the winter, just pack some warm pajamas!

We usually ditch our things and leave the room immediately to go explore, but I didn’t realize when I booked the room how close the living room window sits to the water, so it was a pleasant surprise that we were able to sit at the table and watch the gondolas go by, which we did for awhile before heading out. The location of the apartment is fantastic, it’s close to everything and yet very quiet. Overall a charming and comfortable place to stay.
