• Ebony (7/5): Reasonable stay - The location, the high city view, amenities and options for privacy, the beds were comfortable. The cleanliness of the bathroom (mould), the couch was very hard. It was mildly difficult to find using Google maps and instructions from the host, but we figured it out eventually.

The room was adequate to our needs and was clean. Beds were comfortable and our kids loved the view from the 17th floor. Nothing really, suited our stay.

• erin (5/5): - the location and layout of apartment the cleanliness- there is mould problem in shower. when i arrived the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it- the cleaner needs to move furniture to vacuum -there was a lot of dust around under couch in lounge when moved. someones sock was also located on side of bedroom couch.

Well, there was no complimentary milk or sugar to make a hot drink when you arrive, only some teabags... The pillowcases had stains on them so we took them off... 2nd Bedroom has NO PowerPoint's at all so that was not good... Couch is the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on has no padding left so just slates & board...

• Declan (4/5): its exactly what you are paying for? - The room was in one of the top floors and the view was ok at first but the time i was staying for made it very iconic. the pool and sauna were very fantastic good cleanse in the mornings. the kitchen had everything u could possibly need for a home cooked meal. the hygiene was not that great the floor had mysterious stains on it and the beds had the same. The mattresses were really thin and without the aircon it felt really hot in the bedrooms in 12 degree nights it needed a second bathroom as i had a group of 6 which was a little struggle.

• Mark (8/5): Good value for the location, needs a bit of TLC - Spacious, good balcony and view, able to allow air in through balcony door, aircon, bathroom The lights distribution was from one switch. The sofa was very uncomfortable. Finding the mailbox to access the key. Dishwasher was a bit smelly.

The place was pretty tired with ripped furniture, doors that didn't open easily, drawers that stuck, internet which did not work. It was disappointingly unclean with an unflushed toilet and urine on the seat upon arrival. The host told us we could check out at 11am yet let himself in TWICE prior to our leaving to look for something a previous guest had lost. Perhaps they could have asked the cleaner instead

• Cathy (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing it was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in The bathroom shower was mouldy. The place was dirty. The bedlinen was disgusting that so-called sofa bed was like sleeping on concrete. There was no mattress. It smelt disgusting. There was no tea coffee to make yourself a cuppa. The linen in the cupboard was full of stains. there was no lock on the sliding door. Will never go back there again or recommend it to anyone and the photo they have up is misleading it’s not actually a photo of the hotel or Airbnb. It’s actually a photo of the police station across the road. I think they need to pay people to stay in there not the other way around so disappointing. I forgot for went my second day and went and booked a decent hotel for my family.

It was clean enough although shower could use a bottle of ‘Exit Mould’. Some minor repairs needed on some things eg. lights, shower head, window. But overall it was ok, super location and secure.

• Brown (4/5): Having stayed here before I was disappointed in the way the apartment was when we arrived and the lack of any cleaning p - The location is great for anyone with things to do I. Melbourne. The property doesn’t seem to be maintained as various things didn’t work. There was no tea towels, to dry dishes ,dishwasher didn’t have any detergent Nor was there any thing to clean up benches or wipe down equipment. The dishwasher smelt bad I had to put dishwasher cleaner thru it before I was game enough to use it.
• Alyssa (4/5): Overall, the stay was pleasent enough, but there is a lot of room for improvement. - location was the best thing about this place. everything else very very average. Communication about picking the keys up, I didn't find out I had to meet with host until I got to the building and reception informed me I needed to contact my host as they don't keep the keys on site. Cleanliness was also a bit average. The bin under the sink hadn't been changed since the last guest, so that was a bit disturbing. Furniture is definately due for an upgrade, the couch and the beds are bareablebut not super comfy.

• Setunga (6/5): Well Priced - The location is excellent as it LITERALLY is 1 min to the station. OMG so epic but you can tell the place is run very frugally as there is plaster on the wall and some shady af furniture but overall very nice, I recommend and would go again Ok so the walls were meh and the furniture suspect but adequate enough. The WIFI was good but the tv remote had like no casing for the AA batteries. They kept falling off

I was told to open the balcony window overnight but I have young children. I asked to move to an another place. We were moved around the corner. That place ahead a wet down in the washing machine, almost no toilet paper, a shoe under the bed. Wet dishcloths under the sink.

On arrival, I was told cleaning will take up to 3PM The room was not ready at even 4:30PM Even after that: The sheets and pillow covers were crumpled String smoking smell throughout the apartment

Unit requires a bit of a tidy up, walls stained etc. A fresh got of paint would help - Having entry instructions that state “ you can’t enter the building, you need to wait for someone to exit the building and then sneak in” doesn’t really sound like Booking.com standards

• Bryan (3/5): Not 3 bedrooms! - Location was great. If you advertise a 3 bedroom apartment it should have 3 bedrooms. My colleagues were very upset that they had to share a room. Needs a very deep clean.
