• Roland (10/5): - Obwohl wir Ricki und Jamie persönlich nicht getroffen haben sind sie unglaublich tolle, freundliche und äusserst professionelle Gastgeber. Auf Fragen erhielt man innert kürzester Zeit immer Antworten. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben das Haus wegen der Lage gebucht da wir am Freitag Abend an einen grösseren Event gingen welcher in Fussnähe erreichbar sein musste. Aussserdem wollten wir auch noch das Tottenham Stadion besichtigen welches ebenfalls in knapp 20min zu Fuss erreichbar war. Auch der Check-in/out verlief problemlos. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Ricki und James für alles!!! ---

• Tomislav (9/5): Geeignete Unterkunft für eine 6-köpfige Familie mit reichlich Platz zum Schlafen. - Sehr saubere Unterkunft und sehr bequeme Betten mit reichlich Schlafmöglichkeiten. Jeder Gast hat sein eigenes Handtuchpaket. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und insgesamt war es sehr sauber. Weiterhin eine hervorragende Kommunikation mit schnellen Antwortzeiten. Die Gegend ist weniger ansprechend, dafür sind die Parkmöglichkeiten kostenlos. Der Fußweg zur Bahn beträgt zwischen 10-15 Minuten. Der Wohn/Essbereich hätte etwas größer sein können.

Rajonas pasirodė nelabai toks, atvykom sutemus, nelengva buvo rasti reikiamas duris. Šiektiek švaros trūko ( bent kaip mūsų tautiečiai suprantam) pvz. voratinkliai prie lubų, langai nevalyti, kiemelis netvarkingas...

• Nicole (10/5): One of the best stays in North London - great hosts and would definitely stay again! - Very spacious & everything you would need in order for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were amazing with great communication and responded quickly to any questions. Short walk to nearest station in order to get into central London. Was able to park right outside the front of the property. Nothing - it was perfect

Nice idea to supply guests with coffee pods, only problem is they where all par - Cleanliness, size, comfort When booking the property on booking.com the cost shown for “Whole house - 9 guests” was cheaper than for the 4 confirmed guests we planned to take so this was the option I chose. Upon arrival the host emailed for DOBs and as this was more than the 4 that I had booked for told me there was a supplement for the additional beds for 2 nights. An additional £150. Turned out the extra guests only needed to stay for one night so the host did reduce this cost. Understand the hosts reasoning but this is very unclear when booking online.

Easy to get around the property The beds arent super comfy and we found the rules of the property owners to feel quite heavy pre arrival and on leaving the property. However we do understand that this is in London and the owners want to protect their property. So not a mark down in ratings
• Hart (10/5): 2 night stay - the arcade machine was a great little touch, definitely spent a few hours on that! Multiple bathrooms making it easy to all get ready at the same time. The key safe was super handy when coming in and out. Every room had a hair dryer, and fans, and lamps next to each bed. all was good

Hosts are super friendly and responsive to anything we needed much appreciated plenty of free parking also was a big help. highly recommend for any families or groups travelling up to London.
• My (10/5): We felt welcomed and the hosts were available all the time for inquiries. - Very clean and lovely place to feel at home when traveling. The decoration of the home is beautiful and warm! The property is around 1h away from the city but still reachable through uber or train/bus.

• Ciaran (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect for our team working in London with added bonus of free parking. Check in was straightforward and house was very clean. Everything available in the kitchen for the team to cook in the evenings. Ricki and Jamie were great hosts and answered any questions we had immediately. Will definitely be booking again.
