• FAN WEI (6/5): Despite the bed, everything is good, facilities are kinda new. - Location and service. The bed is really bad, very hard that you can even feel the spring.

• Francesco (10/5): Perfect stay for a family, clean, spacious, fully equipped, quiet. - Very spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood, easy access to grocery stores. Plenty of room, clean, properly furnished and everything provided (towels, shampoo,…). The explanation how to get there, how to access the property and how to use the various utilities (AC, washing machine, …) were very easy to follow. All good, not a huge selection of restaurants in the area and metro is a 10-15 min walk, but there are bus lines close by.
• Michelle (10/5): Excellent stay - The location was excellent, so quiet and easy access to the Ueno and Inaricho stations. Facilities were amazin, we enjoyed being able to spread out and having the option to eat at the house. She shower was wonderful and really handy having the washer/dryer. We loved everything. But the steep staircases might be difficult for some people

• Claire (9/5): Great place to stay, good location and would recommend it. - The house was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was great for access to the metro to travel around the city and in a quiet neighborhood. The stairs were steep but I understand this is the case in a lot of Japanese houses. The beds were a bit hard for us but otherwise we liked the house.

• Kwangsoo (4/5): I don't think this place deserves such high ratings for the price. - At least it's an affordable place that can sleep five people. But the reason this place has such high ratings is that people receive separate rewards for giving high ratings. The distance from the station is farther than expected. The accommodation has nothing but a few towels. We're staying 5 people for 3 nights, but we only got 10 towels. When we requested more, we were told to wash and reuse them. I've stayed in private accommodations in many countries, but nowhere else provided absolutely nothing and told us to wash and reuse the towels. And the bed is extremely, extremely uncomfortable. They're small, hard, and make loud creaking noises. The stairs are also very narrow and steeply sloped.

• Jasim (8/5): - Location WiFi Clean Beds are horribly uncomfortable. For such a good property and location they need to make sure beds are comfortable very light springs bed gave all of a back ache we don’t rest at all and were sleepless.

• Henry (10/5): Spacious, close to convience store and train stations. - Property has a lot of space and our family for 4 was comfortable! Traveled with a toddler and young child and the facilities were great.
• Liss Marie (9/5): - Fin leilighet i rolig strøk. Supermarked 5 min unna. Ca 10 min gange fra Ueno stasjon. Koselig med takterrassen, men savnet stoler der. Bra å kunne vaske tøy. Vi koste oss i leiligheten. Trange og bratte trapper. Smal dobbeltseng og tynn madrass på soverommet nede.

• Sarah (8/5): Overall good value and great location, could be great all around with some minor upgrades. - Great location, easy walk to Ueno station and shopping. Quiet area. The beds were uncomfortable, the mattresses in the traditional bedrooms felt more like a box spring. Would recommend the owner add a pad for cushioning or upgrade.
• Jaye (8/5): Good value, lovely home. We overall liked it. - It was a lovely property. The kids were really excited to explore 4 floors. The added roof top was a nice option. Although we did not really use it! Still excellent to have. It was about a 10-15-minute walk from Ueno Station. The park is not far. The place was very clean. For what we paid, it was a good price. It is newly renovated, so the look and feel is nice. The building looks amazing from the outside. We like that they provided a nice fan. This helps to blow our item dry when it rained! Overall, I gave this a top score. We stayed in 3 properties. All 3 places offer high standards. However, this would come in 3rd place. For example, other places provided a more personal touch such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, cooking oil and salt, umbrellas to use when it rains, high chairs, even a pram and a bicycle to use! The beds did not have the best comfort, but they were fine. Be aware the internet is not fast, but it is fine for accessing the net. We had to do our own bedsheets. That is the first. When it rained, there was a drip of water hitting one of the room's windows and my son could not sleep well due to constant ticking noise! Overall, it was great and really just nit picking. The value is outstanding for what you are getting.
