• Riboldi (7/5): Great appartment overall. - Very clean and comfortable for 2 ppl. Everything looks modern and in great conditions. Very close to bus stops, supermarkets and the lake. Quiet area during our stay. Apartment is very well equipped but few items were provided. We couldn’t use the washing machine since there was no laundry detergent available and for our short stay it wouldn’t make sense to buy one.

• Beatrice (8/5): - Top, Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lage. Es hat alles super geklappt Es fehlen nur Kleinigkeiten, ein Vorhang im Schlafzimmer zum verdunkeln wäre gut.
• Giuseppe (10/5): - Tutto Appartamento moderno, spazioso e in zona tranquilla. Se si soggiorna in inverno la posizione è un po’ distante dal centro a meno di voler fare una passeggiata di 20 minuti In estate invece è comoda perché proprio vicino al lido

• Sean (9/5): - Nice apartment a couple of streets from the lake, ideal for Migros for supplies around the corner & speedboat hire on the waterfront. The apartment had everything we needed. Nice to have a bath & shower. Good knives in the kitchen and all the pots & pans in good order. Underground car park & a balcony. Wonderful really, however there is currently a big problem... Very loud building work.... This is not the fault of the host or the apartment but there is massive building work going on in the apartment on the opposite side of the corridor. As a result there is deafening hammer drills week days starting from 08:00am until 16:30pm, its a nightmare. Its really loud, you cant hear each other speak so you have to get out of the apartment and not return until they are finished. Not what I wanted from a relaxing break by the water.

• Anais (8/5): Beautiful apartment in Lugano - The instructions were very clear on how to park and get the keys. The appartment looked exactly like on the pictures and is very nice for a couple. We woke up very early both days because the shutter let a lot of sun enter the room. Also, the neighbor started renovating at 8 o'clock on a saturday (even though it is not our host's falt).
• Nikola (10/5): Totally recommend this apartment! - There was everything we could possibly need from washing machine throughout diverse dishes to iron or even toaster! The apartment was really clean and the bed was soo cosy. We appreciated also the parking slot at the end, as we rented a Smart from car rental just across the street from the apartment! The whole stay was really nice and enjoyable. The price was more than fair and self check in and check out worked without any problems. Can’t think of anything.

• Helen (10/5): Spacious well renovated apartment in good location - Great location, can take buses from train station. Supermarket around the corner, lake is minute away. The place is spacious and newly renovated, liked neat modern furnitures and well equipped kitchen. Self check in was easy although the lockbox is hidden and I had to walk around the building 3 times to finally locate it. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, we washed kitchenware prior to use, countertop was sticky and dirty. Not a deal breaker though. Overall a great apartment.

• Vasso (9/5): Great stay, I would happily go back. - The room was very clean and the mattress comfortable. In a good location very close to the lake. Complimentary coffee and oil, vinegar, tea a nice extra. The apartment is handled by a company, so there is no personal touch.
