• Ewelina (7/5): Czysto ale z nieprzyjemną niespodzianką lokatorską - Czystość i lokalizacja To jest jeden z pokoi w apartamencie. Nie byliśmy tego świadomi i dzieliliśmy apartament z nieznanymi ludźmi. Mieliśmy swój pokój z łazienką ale wspólny salon i wejście. Nie było to jasno i wprost w ogłoszeniu więc ten obiekt to trochę mina.

• Solveta (6/5): Great location, but noisy night - What I liked most about this place was the amazing location. It is right in the center of Milan, with everything very close by. Many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, which makes it a very convenient place to stay when visiting the city. the bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent with very good water pressure, and the room itself was clean and There were a couple of things that were not exactly as I expected. When booking through Booking.com, I may not have read the description carefully enough. The main photo in the listing shows a living room, which can give the impression that it is part of the private space. In reality, the living room is shared between two bedrooms. If you travel as a couple, the price is for a private bedroom with a bathroom, while the living room is shared with guests from the other bedroom. This was a bit unexpected for me. Perhaps I simply missed the detail, but the main photo can be slightly misleading since the shared aspect is mentioned mainly in the Q&A section rather than clearly in the main description. We stayed only one night, and unfortunately it was very noisy. Both my husband and I usually sleep very well and rarely wake up during the night, but the noise kept waking us up repeatedly. We went to sleep around 11 pm, and the noise continued until about 2 am. I am not sure whether it was due to the neighborhood or the other guests staying in the apartment, but it made the night less comfortable. Although the bedroom has a window, it faces a wall and has bars, so there is no real view and the room feels a bit like a windowless space.

Stalo sa nám, že sme podvečer odišli z apartmánu a nevzali sme si kľúč, keďže všetky zámky sú Smart. Večer sme sa vracali a dvere do apartmánu boli zablokované. Telefónne číslo NON STOP 24/7 sluzby bolo VYPNUTÉ od 21:00 do 23:30. Bolo nám zima, vytkol som si členok a mal som obrovské bolesti a nevedeli sme sa dostať do apartmánu. Hladali sme si náhradné ubytovanie, aby sme neostali na ulici. Brali sme si tam taxík. Až keď sa pán zapol poradil nám, kde ma náhradný kľúč. Taxík späť k apartmánu. Takýto prístup je neakceptovateľný. Toto sa nesmie stať ! Nikdy viac! Nemôžte prevádzkovať systém zámkov, ktorý sa zasekáva a na ktorý dopláca klient.

• Weronika (1/5): Nie polecam tego obiektu - Lokalizacja Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego obiektu. Na stronie Booking nie było żadnej informacji, że apartament jest współdzielony z innymi osobami („share room”). Dopiero po przyjeździe dowiedziałyśmy się, że w mieszkaniu przebywają obcy ludzie, co było dla nas ogromnym zaskoczeniem. W pokoju wspólnym znajdowały się ich rzeczy, co potwierdzają zdjęcia i nagrania. Podczas pobytu czułyśmy się niebezpiecznie i bardzo niekomfortowo – w nocy (około godziny 2:00) współlokatorzy próbowali wejść do naszego pokoju, szarpali za klamkę i próbowali otworzyć drzwi kluczem. Tylko dzięki temu, że dla bezpieczeństwa zostawiłyśmy swój klucz w zamku od środka, nie udało im się wejść. Dodatkowo osoby te nie miały dostępu do toalety, co tylko pogłębiało chaos i napięcie. Wygląda na to, że one również nie zostały poinformowane o warunkach pobytu. Udogodnienia opisane na Bookingu (kawa, herbata, woda) były w praktyce niedostępne, ponieważ pokój wspólny był cały czas zajęty przez inne osoby.

• shalabh (10/5): Go for it!! - This has been the best stay so far in Europe. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to all the main attractions, which made sightseeing extremely easy and convenient. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall stay was very pleasant. We were also lucky to get an early check-in, which was a big plus after a long journey. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city — I would definitely stay here again!

• Valerie (7/5): Great location and nice place, but please simplify entry system! - The central location to the property was superb! The decor was nice and it was comfortable. The entry system to the apartment was ridiculously complicated. After traveling for hours and getting there 6 hours later than we were supposed to, I don’t really feel like watching a bunch of videos to figure out how to get in. Please just have a simple message explaining lock box. Also, we got moved to the basement room at the last minute, and there is no way I could have carried my medium sized suitcase down the very steep and narrow spiral suitcase. Thankfully my husband was able to.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Great location, however clunky check-in and it’s not a whole apartment. - Clean and nicely decorated. Fantastic location close to restaurants, shops and Duomo. Great aircon that managed against 36 degree temperatures. It’s not particularly obvious from the page that the kitchen and lounge area is shared. It’s a really nice space but because you know you’re sharing it with mystery other guests it doesn’t feel homey and like you can enjoy the space fully. The pictures in the listing show the lounge spaces and it’s advertised as an apartment so this is something that should be made more obvious in the listing. The check in process is a bit clunky. You need to text over WhatsApp to get the instructions and this was all about an hour before checking in. It would have been great to have the check in information in advance, especially for those travelling without a working EU sim. The room itself is lovely and air con is great, but it is a little small and tight with luggage for two people.

The room was very clean and the shared area was very cozy. The host was very helpful and always online to reply our doubts. The room is small. If you have more than one large luggage it can be tricky

We would definitely recommend and would like to return should we be in Milan again. It wasn't clear if we could use the kitchen but the hosts confirmed quickly that we were welcome to make use of the kitchen. The instructions to gain access to the apartment were a bit complicated but once we found the key box everything worked well.

The bedroom, the bathroom and the studio room with the kitchen are so elegantly welcoming, comfortable, clean and fresh, that it feels as if you're the first to be hosted there. The easy-to-navigate location is another peace of mind, as you are minutes away from the Duomo and the historic downtown, as well as the metro stations. Mel's apartment and the awesome hosts really turn your stay into an experience! You have my word for this! Too awesome to dislike anything.
