• Margaret (5/5): Doesn’t live up to the description of fantastic - Very average Rundown and obvious problems ie leaking showers and cracked tiles in bathrooms Property is badly in need of maintenance and a thorough cleaning
• Chand (4/5): - Nothing Deceiving pictures of website. Very hard to find the way to lift from car park. No signs in carpark for access to lift . It wasn't clean to our expectation. Coffee table in lounge were left dirty with coffee/tea spilled on it. Cigarrette butts were left in estray.
• Margit (3/5): Awful and dirty apartment and way too expensive. - The apartment was not clean. Really needs severe cleaning. The smell in the hall was awful. It was way too expensive and I do not understand why it has 4stars.
• Sarsha (4/5): Disappointing stay - The general location of the apartment was good. The apartment, in general, was in poor condition, but the level of cleanliness was not acceptable. There were public hairs on the bathroom floor, the couch and cushions were stained, food in the kitchen sink, and food crumbs on the carpet under the dining room table. I do not feel that the price reflected the quality provided.

• ERIN (1/5): Terrible. It ruined out stay and I will be seeking compensation. - The location of the property was great. Pretty much nothing except the location. The place needs a major renovation. The kitchen cupboards are peeling, the bathrooms need redoing, and the place needs a good, deep clean. We could live with these discrepancies. However, the fact that aircon is advertised (we would not have stayed otherwise) and that the air conditioner does not work is another story. The place was like a sauna and the owners response to tell me in writing that everyone has different body temperatures written in Mandarin which lucky I was able to translate, as my request for it to be written in English was ignored. Not only does the aircon not work full stop. The filter was also filthy and needs replacing or at least cleaning with the warning light flashing which I have video of. The next ridiculous issue is one set of keys provided, despite the place being three bedroom. Because the entire place runs on a fob. It wasn't just a matter of keys being left out. We had to wake one of our trips members at 4:30am so when we departed they could then take the keys up so they could enjoy their day. I was again dismissed when I asked for a second set told that previous guests had lost them. Our parking space, as small as it was contained rubbish, which was just gross and smelt. Light pours through the bedroom windows, as you could compare the thickness of the window covering vertical blinds with tissue paper. The place and the owner are a disappointment and nothing but a shirt of an epic fail. Go elsewhere.
• MARTIN (4/5): Disappointed - The check in process was fine & informative. The apartment had the right list of facilities It is in need of a refurbishment in every room. The bathroom was grubby and had been poorly cleaned prior, as had the balcony. The blinds at the bedrooms were fairly pointless & also grubby. They didn't darken the room from the 24 hour lighting from the school at the back. There were leftover toiletries in the central shower. The mattresses, and bedding, along with the pillows & towels ALL need replacing. All in all, disappointed for the cost

• Judy (10/5): Warm and nice. - The apartment is big enough for a large group of family. Tidy and warm. Close to everything you need.

• Magic (7/5): Short living is fine - The average is good, with basic facilities and living things. The apartment is larger than I expected. 10 min walk to the shopping mall. Shower pressure is good. The door to the car park is ALWAYS locked, and we have to take a lift to the P1 and walk to the L2 parking location, so ridiculous. I don't know why not the host provide a key for opening the park door, so annoying and inconvenient, or tell the alternative access way to the tenant. The parking space is narrow. It is a bit tricky for a large car. The bad sheets are a bit old. Quilts are pilling. The wifi speed is extremely slow.

• Natasha (5/5): We enjoyed the convenient location and space to spread out. - Great location, we happily walked to Darling Harbour and to the light rail stop. Grateful for the free parking, the initial trip from the parking garage with all the baggage took a while but once in it was fine. Spacious / lots of room for a family of four, good basic kitchen facilities, apartment generally shows wear and tear but was mostly neat and clean. Mbassy Cafe on the corner (just up from the front entrance) was great for breakfast, and the Glasgow Inn (around the corner on William Henry St) served a tasty dinner! Strong smell of old cigarette smoke on arrival and when reentering, smelt like a smoker's home (also in all the soft furnishings and curtains). We ended up buying and burning some incense which helped. Bedrooms need curtains to block the light from outside at night, the flimsy venetians weren't enough and also need replacing.

• Mesh (5/5): Passable - The amount of sleeping space was great. The location was good, within 1km walking from city. The showers were horrific, the drain in one was falling away and had no grout. The silicone in both were mouldy. The toilet in the main bathroom flooded the first night and we had to avoid that toilet. - The carpark was very tricky to get in and out of. No lift directly up and down, had to walk a fair bit to get to car and through a door that kept locking. -The balcony is within metres of a school, not an issue for weekends or nights, but was noisy when we arrived on Friday arvo. - Had clumps of hair and dirt under one of the portable beds. - kitchen clearly had been used, stove top dirty.

• Nicole (9/5): Superb - Had issue with state of apartment, called owner, owner was very concerned and attended apartment in 30 minets with cleaning crew, gave us a very nice bottle of Shiraz and refunded some of the fee, very helpful and responsive gracious host Apartment hadn't been cleaned from previous guests due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control of owners
