• Leah (4/5): Good location but more care by the owner required - The location was great and we were grateful for a later check out due to a 5am- 11am race, it meant we didn’t have to pack the car at 4.30am instead we grabbed our bags at 11am. We were given the wrong PIN code to access the key(one number different) and the owner didn’t answer when we called multiple times and messaged through booking.com, so couldn’t get into the property until 10pm at night. As I had a child with me and we needed to be up at 5am for a race the next morning it wasn’t ideal. The property was tidy but not clean. We didn’t use the kitchen/dining area as we couldn’t access the property during meal times, but due to the cleanliness wouldn’t have anyway. The bathroom also had a damp smell. It said there was parking available, but we looked but couldn’t find it and was only given the key (when we could access it) to the pedestrian gate and there were no available or marked parks where the other cars were. All parking nearby was 2hr or permit which was tricky. Due to our early race we only needed a bed, and bought our own pillows and sleeping bags so the location was good for where we needed. However at the end of our stay we were told that one night rental was a hassle for the owner so I am not sure why they don’t have a minimum multiple night stay.
• Mikito (2/5): がっかり。おすすめしません。 - ロケーションはよかったと思います。 鍵を受け取る前に写真を送ってもらいましたが、最初よくわかりませんでした。特に暗かったので探すのが難しかったです。次に部屋に入ろうとしたときに、部屋の番号を教えてもらっていないことに気がつきました。仕方がないので、鍵を一つ一つ鍵穴に挿して回るかどうか確認しながら部屋に行きました。開いたところで、メールで確認したら、その部屋とのことでした。いざ入ってみると、生活感がある、つまり誰かが住んでいて、いないから貸し出している感じ。私物もたくさんあり、どこまで使っていいのかわからない。冷蔵庫にもいろいろ入っている。（もちろん私物は使いませんでしたが）　WIFIについても、最初説明もなく、メールで問い合わせたら、冷蔵庫の小さい紙に貼ってあるとのこと。洗濯機を使わせてもらいましたが、説明書がないから適当に使いました。洗剤を洗濯機の上から入れるはずなのですが、構造上洗剤を入れられないので、直接入れました。シャワー室はそこそこきれいでしたが、シャンプーなど何を使って良いかわからなかったので、自分で持ってきたものを使いました。トイレも結構ホコリがあり、清掃が行き届いていない感じがありました。マンションに泊まれると思い楽しみにしていましたが、がっかりしてしまいました。
