• cong (8/5): 位置绝佳硬件条件有待提高的一家民宿 - 1、位置绝佳，距离还剑湖很近，距离河内大剧院（观光巴士起点）很近，楼下就是很火的冰激凌店，还有一家CircleK便利店 2、位置在5楼，4楼是同名的咖啡店，我们费用支付和退房都是在咖啡店完成的 3、邻居家的猫会来串门，喜欢小动物的可以考虑 4、房间很宽敞，还有个阳台可以闲坐 1、房间门看起来很不安全，门缝很大，隔音很差 2、因为顶层的原因，下雨很吵 3、卫生条件一般，公共区域有积灰 4、晚上楼下的门可能会锁，走廊黑漆漆的有点恐怖

• Iker (10/5): - Flexibilility with our check in as we arrived very late (they left the keys in a box) The house has everything we need The entrance in a bit scarying and at night it was very confussing to find the flat within the building, but I somehow find this part of the experience

• Wushan (9/5): Comfortable stay for the budget. - The cozyness of the apartment was really nice and it had a nice balcony to relax too. The owner was helpful and the location of the apartment is in the city centre, because of that all the attractions are nearby.

• Keith (10/5): ABANDON HOPE ALL YE WHO ENTER - Location is the only thing going for this rat hole. It is not a homestay as not adjacent, contiguous, or near a home. Listed as such to avoid Government regulations and inspection required by hotels and guesthouses. Any positive reviews are either from bots or people with incredibly low standards. See negative reviews. I've lived and traveled in Vietnam for over 30 years and this is near the bottom of the list. Like Hanoi in the 90's. Coffee cups available on request with 2 day wait. Not secure, not clean (4 day never even emptied trash), no balcony, no street view, "terrace" is 70cm above room floors, no steps up and no furniture as shown in photo. Required cash in advance no refund, no receipt to avoid being taxed. Not safe as unguarded, anyone can access from street, and lock bolts into gypsum board. Violates fire and safety regulations. Reported to authorities.

Nice cafe downstairs with great coffee and cake. The shower was virtually above the loo so all got soaked and plumbing rather basic and smelly.

Property is located on walking street so the weekend was nice walking around. Rooms comfortable. Cafe downstairs which is convenient. Easy walk to attractions.

• Naomi (10/5): We are grateful to the host to accomodate the early checkin! - The most amazing aspect was how accommodating the host was with early checkin. We arrived by overnight bus so was very early and the host allowed us to checkin as soon as reception was possible to collect the keys from the cafe in the building. Thank you so much ! For the price, we weren’t expecting luxury but faster drainage of the sinks and a TV would be nice.

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - It is one of the cosiest places I have ever been. Only one apartments on the floor consisting of 2 rooms, bathroom and space and beautiful terrace. It was really nice to live!
