• Idaly (6/5): - Buena ubicación, cerca de la linea Yamanote Fuga de agua en el baño, mojaba todo el piso, molduras sueltas en todo el cuarto, la habitación es mas pequeña de lo que se ve en fotos, no se podían colgar toallas porque el toallero estaba suelto. No son camas, son colchones muy delgados sobre una base de madera, muy incomodo! El personal poco empatico a la necesidad del huésped. En general lo único bueno fue la estación JR cerca

• Maria (9/5): Great local neighbourhood. Nice to get away from busy tourist areas and sleep well. - Sugamo is a quiet area. There are plenty of local small bars and restaurants, friendly people and great cheap food. The hotel is 5-10 min walking from the station. Excellent. I would definatelly come again. The bathroom is a bit small for european standards.

• Tsung-Ming (7/5): 勝在價格還算ok，且想逛逛巢鴨的人 - 位置在巢鴨站出來後走10分鐘內可以到達，本身沒有電梯所以高樓層的話要自己斟酌一下。 房東回覆的速度很快，詢問後能提前寄放行李方便抵達後不用拖著行李玩或花錢寄物 附近整體來說超市超商都有，很方便 浴室格局有點不舒服，燈光也較暗，整體來說就是可以過夜的地方，但不算能好好放鬆，另外隔音稍差，容易聽到沖水聲以及外面車聲，睡眠品質不佳者再多考慮
• Judit (10/5): Great option for longer stay - The apartment is spacious, well equipped and just a few minutes walk from Sugamo Station. Easy, straightforward check in. Washing machine, mini fridge, TV, microwave, toiletries are available which is great for longer stays. Lots of space to keep your clothes, luggage. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Easy communication with the customer service, our requests and enquiries have been followed up immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

• Frankie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, heaps of essentials if you want to cook or eat at the apartment, very quiet. Beds were a little hard for me personally, but there was an extra duvet I used to sleep on to solve that issue!

• Silvia (7/5): Fairly priced for Tokyo - Location is very close to a 7/11 and Family Mart. Few minutes walk to Sugamo station, which is connected to Yamanote and Mita line. Close to a local shotengai, so you can try shopping in non-tourist area. It's definitely not a tourist area. You can definitely feel like a Japanese Salaryman if you take the train on rush hour. The size of the unit is really huge, perfect for 3-4 adult or a long stay. I like that the unit is on the cold end due to the lack of insulation cause I live in Canada. The AC can do both cold and hot and we can manually adjust it, unlike most hotels in Japan where it's centrally controlled. Across a cemetery in a back alley where there's no people at all past 9pm, so it does feel creepy. There seems to be wind draft on the biggest window that's facing the cemetery. This also makes it very loud. We can hear construction noise, hair dryer from the unit below and on top of us, fire and ambulance sirens cause it's only 2 blocks away from a big boulevard. The microwave oven doesn't seem to be working. So, I guess due to that we didn't experience any power loss during our stay. The unit has no bath tub, only shower, but it was advertised as having a bath tub. The light was a bit dim, so it was hard to see. The bathroom leaks, so we had to use the extra towels for the floor. Check-in was a bit of a hassle because less than 12 hours, we didn't received the check-in instructions. So, I had to contact the host at 3am. The host was defensive and replied that they've provided it 24 hours before check-in, but we never received it. There's no elevator, but fortunately, it's only on the second floor. False advertisements of amenities and other small things here and there. The unit is 15 minutes by train from Ikebukuro, not 5 minutes. We checked on google maps.

• Paniruch (9/5): Good location, good room for family. - The room is clean and equipped with necessary facilities. It is just 5-minute walk from the Station and the station is only a few minutes away from a popular stations of Tokyo like Ikebukuro, Ueno etc. The place is quite not too busy. It is very suitable for family travelers. The name mentioned in google map is different from the name shown in the booking apps. We got lost to another place. The room is on 2nd floor, but there was no elevator or escalator in the apartment, so be prepared if u have heavy or a lot of luggages. The grave is just across the alley, opposite the room, you can see it from the balcony of the room.

Early check in 4. Comfortable and clean 5. There is everything we need to cook 6. Location are great, around 10-12 minutes walk from sugamo st ( yamanote line) , just walk straight from the AP* Hotel, and when you see the 7-11, just turn right 7. The area less crowded than other tourist area which are great! 8.Fit just right for 4 adults 9.There is a garbage room downstair!! Actually these are not a big problem for us : 1. Near the graveyard that you can see from the room, but not scary , so not a big problem for us. 2. Because the room a bit cold during our stay, when you turn on 2 aircon, if you try to boil a water or use hairdryer at the same time, the electricity will drop.

As well as location is pretty good, easy to reach attractions. We have family has 3 kids and this place was a little bit cold but we managed it. Ther is plenty od blankets.
