Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

- Georgia (8/5): A beautiful holiday home - The property was beautiful decorated with luxurious furnishings and in a fabulous location. They didn’t provide linen or towels which was disappointing. They also only provided one toilet roll per toilet for a 6 adults.

- Zoe (7/5): Beautiful but Recommend a thourough clean of property. - Absolutely Beautiful home but I must express my disappointment. Our little Cavoodle got very sick. We took her to the vet and explained the situation regarding the fake grass at the property, her diet and, her lifestyle… Vet recommended that the fake grass at the property should be disinfected and that she had likely picked up a gastro virus left by another pooch at the property. Funnily, the same probiotic & prebiotic paste that was prescribed to my pooch, was already in the kitchen drawer at the property????
Overall loved the property, beautifully furnished and location was excellent.
However we feel that cleanliness is not a priority and that the cleaners must do better.
Thanks to the owner for providing a beautiful, well furnished home for people to vacate to and enjoy. You will have a memorable and comfortable time here for you and your family. Floors were dirty… I won’t post a pic of my feet after walking on what was meant to be cleaned floors (but can if requested). Toilet floor upstairs was extremely questionable, not to the eye since they are Linoleum grey, but to the feet that walked on them, very profound (I have a video of me cleaning the floors with paper revealing the dirt that had accumulated on the floor).
There is what looks likes poo stains on the stairs which we cannot account for, since our Cavoodle only stayed downstairs during her stay, and the elderly blind and deaf dog we had with us also, was carried up and down the stairs. Please know, we would have cleaned it up had it been theirs.
Induction stove top very hard to use, had to get property manager over, who explained that after many continuous rentals and the fact that she has been on leave so no instruction manuals with a “QR code” has been provided.
One of the outdoor furniture seats had a chocolate wrapper and a bottle top under the cushions, which we left also.
