We actually lost a very important thing of ours while checking out, the host took all the troubles to return it to us. She is an extraordinary host. • Kathleen (6/5): Aussicht top, Sauberkeit flop - Die Aussicht war grandios, die Lage top, die Wohnung selbst sehr ansprechend und die Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Das Schlafsofa war für uns eine Katastrophe, wir haben die Matratze auf den Boden gelegt, um schlafen zu können. Es war leider vieles sehr schmutzig. Die Vermieterin hat sich sofort bereit erklärt, Abhilfe zu schaffen, aber wir haben es abgelehnt, weil wir viel vor hatten und nicht warten wollten. Wir mussten alles an Geschirr reinigen, bevor wir es nutzen konnten. Der Herd war schmutzig und noch warm, als wir in die Wohnung kamen. Die Bettwäsche war teils sauber, teils benutzt. Als wir die Couch ausklappten, fanden wir ein großes Messer darin. Es ist so schade, dass ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben muss, wir hatten uns SO SEHR auf diese Wochnung gefreut. Wir hoffen für die nächsten, dass künftig auf die Sauberkeit geachtet wird.

Everything looked and felt new, the finishes were sleek, and the overall vibe was effortlessly sexy without trying too hard. It was stylish, comfortable, and made the stay feel special rather than just practical. The phone reception and WiFi service wasn’t very good across the whole building.

• sonja (7/5): Fijn verblijf maar heeft wat aandacht nodig. - Locatie vlakbij metro en rustig. Appartement is mooi, ruim en schoon Er was veel stuk. Kraan was lis in de keuken, stoelpoot onder een stiel uit en er ontbrak ook een poot van het nachtkastje. Matrassen van de bedden en bedbank waren echt aan vervanging toe. Er was te weinig servies voor 6 personen en ook maar 4 eetkamerstoelen aanwezig. Tuinset was kapot en er was geen verduisteringsgordijn in de huiskamer waar slaapbank staat. Rolgordijn sloot sowieso niet het hele raam af waardoor het vroeg licht was.

This is my first time staying at the apartment and it was all great! The owner was very helpful in finding the property and making sure we can locate the key. Ivars is an amazing host and check in and out was hassle-free. Will likely need a car/uber to travel around if mobility is an issue as access to the nearest public train is about 15mins - 20mins away.
