- Veenith (9/5): - The location to the city center is excellent. Everything is walkable, a supermaket and mall within 5 mins walk and an exceptional bakery less than 50 meters. Excellent connectivity to public transport . The host is superfast in responding to queries and very helpful what ever the matter maybe. The cleanliness is spotless, and all facilities are available in the apartment just like home and we didnt miss anything The underground car parking has a limited height for cars <150 cm so we had to find parking elsewhere. But there is a parking lot closeby and parking by the street if able to find a place is free for the night

- Roger (9/5): Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen - Die Lage der Zimmer ist super-zentral, die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut. Der Fahrstuhl ist recht langsam und wenig vertrauenserweckend.

- Anja (10/5): Sehr modernes und sauberes Appartement mit Balkon, Fahrstuhl, Tiefgarage und 1A-Gästeservice :-) - Das Appartement mit Balkon (2-Zimmer, ca. 53 m²) war sehr sauber, modern und stylisch. Es befindet sich im 3.OG und ist sowohl vom Treppenhaus als auch von der Tiefgarage bequem per Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt befindet sich bereits die schöne Innenstadt mit ihren Fußgängerzonen. Das Doppelbett sowie die Schlafcouch waren sehr bequem und beide Schlafmöglichkeiten wurden für uns bereits bezogen (toller Service, denn wir wurden vor Anreise befragt, ob die Couch ebenfalls zum Schlafen benutzt werden würde). Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet, wie z.B. mit einem Geschirrspüler, 2-Platten-Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Wasserkocher, „Kaffee-Kapsel-Automat“, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, Teebeutel & Kaffee-Kapseln. Einen Backofen gibt es nicht, aber den braucht man bei den zahlreichen und fußläufigen Gastronomieangeboten nun wirklich nicht! Das Bad verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche (wir haben darum gebeten, da es in der Anlage Appartement mit Dusche ODER Wanne gibt). Die weißen Dusch- und Kopfhandtücher waren ebenfalls sauber und schön weich. HINWEIS: Bei den Parkplätzen handelt es sich um sog. „Doppelparker/Duplex-Stellplätze“ (s. Foto in der Beschreibung), und nicht jeder PKW passt hier drauf (Länge, Höhe und Gewicht). TIPP: Einfach die Unterkunft befragen, denn man bekommt sehr schnelle & hilfreiche Auskünfte (unser VW T-Cross konnte dort z.B. abgestellt werden). Abschließend möchten wir uns nochmal bei Stefan und seinem Team für den wirklich hervorragenden 1A-Service bedanken, der uns 24/7 zur Verfügung stand (kein Scherz!). Es ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich, einen derart kundenorientierten Service zu erleben: Unsere Fragen & Wünsche wurden jedes Mal in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut, dass wir uns für dieses Appartement entschieden haben und den Geburtstag meines Mannes uneingeschränkt genießen konnten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

- Florian (10/5): - Vom Bahnhof gut fußläufig zu erreichen in 10 Minuten und direkt am Rand der Innenstadt gelegen. Sehr freundlicher und schneller Support (sowohl per Mail als auch telefonisch und sogar vom netten Reinigungspersonal vor Ort). Toll ausgestattete, helle, komfortable Appartements - sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Tagsüber kommt man ohne Code ins Haus, sodass man nur die Zahlenkombination für den jeweilen Schlüsselsafe vor den Appartements benötigt. Die Codes sollte man sich gut merken oder notieren, falls es spät abends kompliziert wird, sich ohne die Booking.com-App erst einzuloggen und über die Nachrichten zum GuestGuide zu navigieren.

Große Wohnung, auch zu sechst kann man sich gut mal aus dem Weg gehen. Zwei Balkone waren auch perfekt. Der kontaktlose Check-In und Check-Out hat hervorragend funktioniert, sowohl für die Eingangstür als auch der Code für die Garage. Ein rundum zufrieden stellendes Apartment. - NieDa (8/5): Solide und doch "Deluxe"-freie Unterkunft - Sehr gute Lage. Genügend Platz für eine fünfköpfige Familie. Moderne Ausstattung. Wasch-Trockner-Kombigerät. Gutes W-LAN. Unkomplizierter Zugang zu Tiefgarage und Appartement. Wir hätten uns deutlicheren Hinweis auf Etage gewünscht, da es mehrere Appartements im Gebäude gibt. An zwei von fünf Tagen sehr früh Morgens laute Geräusche von einem Staubsauger auf dem Flur. Außerdem Geräusche vom Hinterhof nach Anlieferung von Waren für den Drogeriemarkt. Wandverkleidung im Bad hat sich abgelöst. Überraschend, dass Stellplätze nur für Fahrzeuge bis 2t und 150cm Höhe zugelassen sind.

Det var nemt at komme ind, og alt var skinnende rent og virkelig flot indrettet. Der var masser af plads, og jeg ville helt klart anbefale stedet til andre.

Die Möblierung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche standen Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung, ein Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke.

Außerdem war der Check-In vorab online kompliziert, da ich zwei verschiedene Apartments gebucht habe, aber nur einmal einchecken konnte. Vor Ort war es dann etwas wuselig.

- Bruhn (9/5): Schöne tolle Zentral gelegene Wohnung - Die Parkgarage war super ein echtes Highlight für uns. Das mit dem Parken und dann das Auto nach oben fahren kannten wir so noch nicht. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war echt super. Nur es sind da einige Sachen an denen man was verbessern könnte. In der Wohnung ist nirgends eine Uhr. Es ist zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden, und in der Stube wäre es auch schöner mit etwas mehr Beleuchtung vielleicht eine LED-Kerze oder einen Lichterschlauch zu montieren.

Keuken met alles daarop en daaraan, grote koelkast, balkon met zitje en licht, badkamer ook compleet. Wij kunnen echt niets vinden wat wij niet goed vonden. Twijfel niet boek direct. NVT

- Nienke (9/5): Top locatie en comfortabel appartement. - Fijn appartement op een perfecte locatie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Waarschijnlijk verstopping in de afvoer, gezien het water in de badkuip niet doorloopt.

Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch absolut zentral. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war herzlich und unkompliziert, und uns wurde jederzeit weitergeholfen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Nichts.

- Christine (10/5): Toller Service - Eine geräumige, sehr gepflegte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles ganz neu und hochwertig, wir haben das Interieur sehr genossen. Im Herzen Oldenburgs, mit eigener Tiefgarage im Haus. Ein hübscher Blick über die Dächer auf das Theater und historische Häuser. In der Küche waren neben einer guten Ausstattung mit Geräten auch Backpapier, Putzmittel und Co, und sogar Kaffee-Tabs, Tee und pro Person eine Flasche Wasser vorhanden! Da kann so manches Hotel nicht mithalten... Das Highlight war der nette Kontakt zu dem Vermieter: Stefan hat alles möglich gemacht, damit trotz technischer Probleme unsere Wunsch- Wohnung Nr. 602 zum Wunschtermin startklar war. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön für den tollen Einsatz! Das Haus sieht von außen natürlich nicht so hübsch aus, eine 70er- Jahre-Bausünde. Aber umso mehr überrascht die schicke Wohnung innen!

The only thing was we could not make the uv light in the bathroom work so taking a shower in the winter was a bit unpleasant due to the cold, but luckily the apartment was well heated.

Convenient parking. Nothing we didn’t like, but note that although the apartment has plenty of room for up to 6 guests there is only one bedroom.
