Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required.
