• Mark (9/5): Everthing worked well, local conceiege was very responsive to any questions and helpful. Good value for money. - Good location for us visiting family locally. Everything in the apartment worked. For a week stay, would benefit from a ‘light clean’ mid week and towel change. Shower tray was slippery (could use a mat), and shower head produced an uncomfortable high pressure ‘sting’ (an adjustable water stream shower head would be a benefit). Bed comfort and duvets were ‘average’. A small, token welcome pack would be a positive addition (eg, 500ml of milk, 6 eggs, a bottle of wine, 6 bottles of small waters, etc). The owner needs to decide if their offering is ‘basic, basic’ or ‘nice & welcoming’. With some small touches, this could be a 4* accommodation.

• Eric Blatter (10/5): Excellent and Comfortable Stay. - Easy arrival and great communication. Host is available with messages and the information to park, arrive and get the key is easy. We will be back as the location is very good for us. All was great.
• Marie-Claude (9/5): Communication with the host was great! Very quiet and comfortable place. - The place was clean and spacious. The upstairs shower doesn’t get very warm. The outdoor parking was far from the unit when carrying luggage. There was limited dishes.

• Michelle (8/5): Convenient Location, Comfortable Home, Great Views - We loved our stay! The home was conveniently located just off the highway, making it easy to find and access. Our host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to messages, which made everything stress-free. The house itself was spacious enough for our family of seven, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the rolling hills and grazing cows. Thoughtful touches like a coffee maker with coffee provided, sweet treats left for us, and multiple terraces to relax on made the stay even more special. Recommend to do the sunset cruise on Lale Lucerne! Would have loved seating on the top terrace as well as washcloths.

I stayed at this apartment with my family and we absolutely loved it! The space was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, and the facilities were top-notch. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Owner is very thoughtful in providing facilities for young children: crib, high chair, and some toys. It doesn’t have air conditioning. But it’s very common in Switzerland. The owner provided fans, so it’s better.
