• Cristiana (10/5): Very comfortable property for a stay in Rome - The apartment is clean and comfortable, in a very convenient and safe neighborhood, close to the metro station and with everything you need around the property. The access is easy, and the host is very nice and always responds to any questions you may have. The property is well maintained, and you find everything you need inside. I strongly recommend it for a stay in Rome.

• Adam (10/5): Doskonały apartament, nawet na długi pobyt - Apartament jest przestronny, nawet dla 3 osób, posiada duży balkon, wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, nawet na dłuższy pobyt m.in. suszarkę do włosów, suszarkę do ubrań, pralkę, żelazko, garnki, naczynia. Do tego oba pokoje są klimatyzowane, co przy letnich temperaturach sprawdza się idealnie. W apartamencie TV. Gospodarz jest przemiły, szybko odpowiada na każde pytania i problemy. Nic. Jedynie mieliśmy problem z ustawieniem właściwej temperatury wody pod prysznicem, bo nie mogliśmy wypośrodkować między wrzątkiem, a lodowatą, ale to pewnie nasza niewiedza.
• Andrea (8/5): Fantastico - Pulizia, gentilezza e disponibilità staff, parcheggio gratuito sotto casa, mezzi pubblici a due passi, palazzo con ascensore, vicinanza servizi. Casa attrezzata e curata. Casa quasi da 10. 1- sistemare miscelatore doccia ( o troppo calda o troppo fredda) 2- aggiungere una monodose di detersivo lavatrice e ammorbidente per primo lavaggio 3- aggiungere coperchi padelle ed eventualmente sostituirle (sono graffiate e non molto salutari) 4- aggiungere 2 cuscini bassi per chi ha problemi al collo/schiena. 5- aggiungere un utensile piatto per raccogliere la pasta dalla padella e porla nei piatti.

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect apartment just 20 minutes away from Rome's center. - The owner was in contact with me before my arrival via Whatsapp and responded immediately to the one question I had. The apartment is a good size and well furnished. There is a little balcony for a drink outside in good weather. I adored the neighborhood with the fantastic Caffarella park just steps away and many shops and restaurants just outside the door. Staying here gives you an excellent feel for what it really is like to live in Rome.
• Jochen (10/5): Exemplary holiday apartment to have a great stay in Rome - Very friendly and helpful communication with the host via WhatsApp. In between my stay he even asked if everything was ok. When you arrive you are either let in through the front door by the concierge or you ring the bell for the host. You can access the apartment itself with a code and inside there is the key for the front door so you can get in independently of the concierge and host. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. It was very clean and tidy. The furnishings were exemplary with everything you could need for living, cooking and washing. The host is very attentive and even left small goodies like muffins and water in the fridge. There is a small coffee machine that works with capsules, but you need to buy them yourself if you need coffee every day. The bathroom is a bit small, but modern and very well equipped. The bedroom has a large closet for clothes. The double bed is very comfortable with a high quality mattress. There is also a balcony that can be accessed via the bedroom. You can sit down there to eat or smoke and, if necessary, hang up your laundry. A clothes rack and pegs are available. Even if you can sometimes hear the neighbors, it is generally very quiet and you can sleep undisturbed. The WiFi worked well so far. The location is not entirely central, but very close to the metro station and you can quickly get to the city center. Supermarkets for buying groceries are within walking distance. Pretty much everything was absolutely great and it was the best holiday apartment I ever had. Only one small point of criticism that there was no water boiler in the apartment, but that's it.
