- Cath Cimei (10/5): Lovely clean and tidy flat. Highly recommend! - Very clean, safe flat. Great value for money! Lovely quiet location near river. Close to amenities and park. N/a
- Fiona (7/5): Great location - very wee bathroom - OK for 2 nights - Great location Very tiny - particularly the shower and bathroom sink. Heating stressful as not clearly indicated all run by Nest - states clock by boiler - not a Nest thermostat in the sitting area.
- Toni Borić (10/5): Fantastic stay - Amazing self contained apartment. Great location and everything you could want in the kitchen. Great stay. Restaurants and cafes within easy 1 to 5 minute walk.

- alice (8/5): -
- j (7/5): - Location Nothing
- Dean (9/5): Great appartment highly recommend. - Got everything you need plus some nice extras the owner was helpful.
In a great location in Putney
- Lisa (10/5): Perfect place - Location and cleanliness of apartment, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bus stop really is just outside the door, there is a fab Italian restaurant right next door, and a pub with amazing food just at the end of the block. The locale was lovely, everyone was friendly, a bus driver even said good morning as we boarded! (extreme i know, but when you're not used to it....) Nothing
- Andrew (8/5): Great for short stays - It was a great location, loads of parking and the parking was from 9.30-16.30 so it doesn’t cost a lot to park all day. Nothing
- David (10/5): -
- Tim (9/5): - Very modern and clean. Good value. Excellent communications with host. It was quite small, but we were ok with that.
- Mrs Bear (10/5): A perfect pad in Putney - Ticked all our boxes. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable, well thought out apartment. The host is easy to communicate with, responds quickly to questions and provided some very useful information. A homely space with some lovely personal touches a 10 minute stroll from Putney Bridge. For us, faultless.
- Margie (10/5): Perfect Putney Accomodation - The flat is charming, comfortable and looks even better in person than in the photos. There was plenty of room including a nice big bedroom. The kitchen was full of treats on our arrival: Cold beers, juices and sodas in the fridge. Lots of cookies, crisps and crackers. Also every kind of tea one could want and several kinds of coffee as well.
We enjoyed beautiful hot showers using an assortment of big bottles of shampoos, conditioners and bath gels.
There are many restaurants and small shops nearby.
Regarding transportation, we happily walked to and from Putney bridge station which only takes 15 to 20 minutes - and my husband and I are in our late '70s! Also, the bus comes right outside the apartment and goes right into the heart of London.
Our hostess was frequently in touch with us by message throughout our stay to make sure everything was just as we wanted it to be.
We will certainly stay here whenever we come to London. Everything was perfect!

- dan (10/5): A hidden gem! - As a young couple, just what we needed: excellent transport links, restaurants, cafe and pubs nearby, river walks, quiet and safe area. The host Monica is amazingly helpful and kind. Super clean apartment, intelligently space-wise, with outside space to chillax too. Convenient and well-explained self-checking info. Very good value for money in London in comparison. Will definitely come back.
- Oliver (10/5): -
- Julie (9/5): Perfect location in Putney. Bus stop right outside - catch the number 22 right into London which is perfect. Lovely gest - Great location. Very warm in there and only fans to try and cool down.
- dan (10/5): Great Apartment, Great Hosting, Great Stay! - Super clean and modern apartment in a rich part of London with a great roof terrace to have relaxing drinks and soak in the sun. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby with a string of supermarkets on the high street. Very good and helpful host Monica. always ready to offer tips and advice. A delight to have plenty of snacks and drinks on arrival. Safe, secure and quiet place with transport at the doorsteps literally to get and fro from central London. Nearby River Thames with lots of rowing clubs, being a keen rower myself. Great value for the size, location, and facilities. Strongly recommended!
- Darren (10/5): A hidden Gem in swanky Putney - As a young couple, just what we needed: excellent transport links, restaurants, cafe and pubs nearby, river walks, quiet and safe area. The host Monica is amazingly helpful and kind. Super clean apartment, intelligently space-wise, with outside space to chillax too. Convenient and well-explained self-checking info. Very good value for money in London in comparison. Will definitely come back.
- Monica (8/5): Gezellig plekje, beetje ver van alles - Dakterras en warm cozy appartement 2 hoge smalle trappen om binnen te komen, hele kleine wastafel en kleine douche
- Louisa (10/5): Fab apartment - Great space, loved the roof terrace
- Linda (8/5): Great location, clean and very good value for money. - We were going to Wimbledon so this was a great location. Lovely to have the roof terrace outside space. Lots of good restaurants nearby and great transport links. It was an incredibly hot spell and being a loft conversion the flat was very warm.
- Gina (10/5): Absolute Gem - Absolute gem of a place, nothing negative could possibly be said. Great location, spotlessly clean, everything you need provided, even toiletries, fantastic transport links, beautiful area with cafes, restaurants and pubs steps away. We loved it! Nothing I didn't like. So looking forward to being able to stay here again, perfect find, beautifully maintained with everything you need
- Paul (8/5): Excellent property - just what we needed - Excellent communication from the host from start to finish
- Jane (8/5): A great place that connects you with the outside. We would stay again. - Very, very clear instructions and a fantastic welcome pack. A beautiful property, and we were kindly left a fan which was needed. We loved the roof terrace as we had a connection to the outside and could see and hear plenty of birds. Nibbles and drinks were kindly provided, very generous. A minor issue with the shower, but I informed Monica about this so she is aware.
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Clean and tidy and the food items were considerate. Restaurants and pubs nearby Bedroom was very hot but couldn’t open windows due to very noisy main road. Much further from the tube than expected but there is a bus stop across the road.
- Adele (8/5): A nice place out in the suburb. - It was nice to have top floor patio to sit outside at night to enjoy the cool air. The week I was in London was horrendously hot. I was making ice non stop whenever I was in. The fridge (with freezer) was well stocked with complimentary drinks. There was a lot of complimentary snacks and drinks in the living room and kitchen. There was cereals in the cabinet but I didn't eat it. If you are planning to cook - there was cooking oil and condiments. I didn't bother. There is an Italian restaurant next door and a pub a few steps up the road. Brickwood cafe which is very close by serves really good, huge portions of food at a reasonable price. Breakfast starts at 7.30am. The toilet was narrow and small. The shower didn't have cool water even at the cold end of the spectrum of the knob. The water was always slightly heated. Water temperature would be OK outside of the summer months. The two flight of stairs leading to my unit was narrow. Be mentally prepared to lug your suitcase up and down the stairs.
- Julian (10/5): Very good apartment in a very good location - An excellent second floor apartment with a small and secluded roof terrace (which, unfortunately, we didn't have sufficiently good weather to make any use of, next time🤞🏻). Plenty of space for two people, comfortable bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, complementary soft drinks and beer in the fridge. What's not to like? Strong transport links with bus stops either way just outside the front door, Putney Bridge tube station 10 minutes away one way, Barnes railway station 5 minutes away the other way. Several very good local restaurants within a few minutes walk, with a neighbourhood Italian, La Parmigiana, literally next door. If it is available, we plan to stay again on future visits to London.
- Ariane (9/5): Great place to stay - Cosy apartment on top floor of a small house. Fully equipped with anything you might need. Nice, roomy kitchen. Comfy seating area with couch and small table. Comfortable bed. Walled roof terrace with table and chairs. Some snacks and drinks provided. Friendly, caring hostess. Lovely area to stay. Excellent transport connections. Nice pubs, restaurants, shops and cafés in walking distance. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep. No problem for us, but good to know.
- Robert (10/5): Great place, can’t wait to come back. - I really liked the location, along with the space it provides. Na
- Emma (10/5): Lovely - Great area, good transport options.
Great communication from the host
Beautiful layout of the flat Nothing
- Neal (9/5): Had everything we needed. - Ideally situated close to Thames Path.
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Really lovely apartment, good travel links. Very quiet. Fabulous italian next door. Definitely would go back.
- Andrew (10/5): Excellent and modern space - This is an amazing property. There has clearly been a lot of thought into how to make the best use of all the space available. It's cleverly designed and really well 'kitted out' in all areas. Access was well explained and all communication was clear and quick. An excellent property to spend time in and great location for exploring the area or getting into central London. Many thanks.
- Adam (9/5): Gratuluji accommodation! -
- Emma (9/5): Superb - This was a lovely little apartment...Ideal for one. I enjoyed a beer in the roof terrace. The TV was good and the bedroom was lovely and quiet nights sleep. Location was ideal and felt safe and secure. The ironing board was a little low but fine. There were were some lovely snacks and drinks left. Owner was easy to communicate with Slight funny smell in kitchen. No shampoo.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dwin (10/5): A rare jewel! - The apartment is modern, very comfortable, quiet and airy with plenty of space - the design of space is amazing. Monica is very helpful, responsive and attentive with tips at hand. it is uber clean which we like and rarely found in other accommodations. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances as in a home, with all cutlery, knives, pots and pans and common spices. Monica provides a selection of snacks and drinks (hot and cold) as complimentary - which is beyond expectations and indeed a nice touch when one comes after a long journey without any refreshments at hand. The transport links are at the doorsteps with 24H buses to Central London, tube/train a walking distance too. Putney is nicely safe in an affluent part of SW London and Thames is a stone throw for a walk down the river.
- Imelda (8/5): Very good -
- Ian (10/5): Excellent apartment getaway. - Property was clean, comfortable and an ideal place to get away, for a couple of people. Well equipped, had everything that we needed for a 3 day stay.
Within easy reach of bus and tube services. It’s light and airy, even in December, and very quiet. We would love to return (when going to Wimbledon or Kew Gardens would be even better) and make us of the outdoor space. Thanks to Monica, who made everything go without a hitch. Brilliant Nothing to dislike. Very, very good.
- Cejay (10/5): Very Well Presented. - The accomodation was spotless. The welcome pack was timely, concise and informative. Communication was excellent, as are the available facilities nearby. You could tell that this accommodation was being run by someone who wanted visitors to have a hassle free and enjoyable stay. Definitely a 10/10. Thank you. London traffic but that is not my host's fault. Other than that, I will definitely be trying to snap this place up on my next stay in London.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (10/5): Almost felt like home. - Lovely apartment and good italian and indian food around the corner. You will struggle to find a better place to stay in London. Short walk from and to the District Line Station.
- Mandy (10/5): Fantastic wee place. If elderly you would struggle with stairs. - Location great near good pubs. Recommend the half moon ! Aeroplanes overhead but nothing can be done about that.
- Julie (10/5): Clean, very comfortable bed and well equipped - Very clean and Monica was extremely helpful Only a short visit unfortunately hopefully back again one day
- Karen (10/5): Home from home stay in a lovely part of London - Really well equipped spacious apartment with a lovely roof terrace.
- Kevin (9/5): Superb - This was my second stay at the property, I am little disappointed I did not find this location earlier. As travel with work and everything was perfect. from the communication with the host, cleanliness, comfort so a one to look out for. snap it up if it becomes available.
- Lizeth (10/5): Exceptional - Was really clean and organized. It has everything you need Nothing
- Madge (10/5): Just great - All facilities great
Really good road with all sorts of great restaurants, French patisserie
Short walk to Thames
Spotlessly clean
Comfy bed
Loved the place
Highly recommended
- Lynn (10/5): Worth every penny - It was very clean & tidy .. lots of added extra to make my stay comfortable.. bus service from Putney Bridge excellent .. would recommend as it’s very much a home rather than a hotel The stairs are a bit steep & narrow .. managed fine just slowly
- Heledd (10/5): Exceptional - Host was really thorough and responsive. Great apparentment size for 2 people for a short stay. Really clean in a really nice area, the terrace was great! Would definitely stay again.
- Louis (6/5): Pleasant - Nice and comfortable with easy instructions Bathroom too small and did not smell great when the flat became hot - very warm with no aircon
- Mark (9/5): Lovely place and great location - Great place to stay, fully kitted out and in a great location
- Simon (10/5): QUITE FRANKLY THE BEST STAY WE EVER HAD IN LONDON! - Oh my goodness: this flat is absolutely amazing! We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about it.
For starter, Monica is brilliant with communication and made things so easy for us. We had a long day (end of June 2024) and arrived at the flat around 11:45pm after going around London all day (we love walking in London). We were very quiet for the neighbours and in return I can confirm we probably had the quietest night in London ever!
When we arrived, it was so easy to get the key and let ourselves in. Monica had left lots of treats to welcome us and we sat on the terrace with a drink and some nibbles (thank you Monica!). This flat is so well designed and the space is extremely well used to give maximum space and interesting features. There is a tv but we didn't use it. It was very hot and appreciated the fan in the bedroom, otherwise we wouldn't have slept.
Monica had explained everything how to get there and with tube and bus ride, we got to the flat no problem (the bus literally drops you off a very short walking distance from the flat. The following day, we decided to walk along the river and across one of the bridges to eventually get on the tube.
Staying in this flat was definitely one of our best experiences of staying in London, and probably the best. Yes, it is not in the centre, but not a problem for us: it is in Putney and that's where we wanted to stay and loved it!
It is super clean and tidy: we appreciated the condition of the flat so much!
All in all, we will not hesitate to try and book the flat again next time we're up in London. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WE DIDN'T LIKE!!
- Leigh (8/5): Great spot - Location was super as we were visiting a relative locally Sheets were a bit scratchy
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent accommodation. Spotlessly clean and a fantastic host .
- Toghrul (10/5): Exceptional - recommended for 100%.
very cozy, has everything u need, well connected to London City Center, and very friendly and responsive host. Last but not least: we were pleased to have complementary snacks and beverages.
- Andy (9/5): Great location, extremely clean, excellent communication with host. - The apartment was extremely clean and the owners have made exceptional use of the available space. The roof terrace is also a great area to relax in the sunshine or shade if preferred. Excellent location for the bus to go into the city. The host provided lots of little extra (drinks and snacks) which were very welcome. We loved everything about the apartment.
- Mia (10/5): Lovely flat in quiet neighbourhood. - Lovely flat, recently refurbished, with private outdoor space, in a quiet area. Very pleasant neighbourhood (though obviosly not downtown); bus stop right outside. Easy access and very helpful host. There is a 24/7 supermarket nearby and a choice if restaurants and pubs. Nothing major that we did not like.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely well appointed. Clear and comprehensive information from host. Recently refurbished to very high standard with lovely touches - private balcony, drinks and snacks provided.

- Steve (10/5): Live music just down the road Half Moon perfect spot x - Perfect spot gorgeous little flat and so many extras we have a fabulous time would definitely love to return 😎 Nothing
- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely everything you needed and more!
Complimentary snacks, drinks (Hot and cold) and a wonderful homely feel.
The owners had clearly thought of what was needed, may have been forgotten or wished you'd brought.
Easy reach of Putney High Street and very convenient for the train station.
- O (10/5): Great place - All excellent. A very modern, clean, convenient, character-filled apartment. Cosy but well designed
- Razvan (10/5): Great stay. Quiet neighbourhood. Good connections to central London. - Nice touches and design.
Lovely host.
Seamless checkin.
Great neighbourhood. The bathroom is on the small side.
- Annie (8/5): Overall good stay, would use again - Great location for my needs, thoughtfully designed, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent communication with owner Very small bathroom with tiny shower (due to space constraint), sofa not very comfortable. Thought it a little expensive for January.
- Kev (10/5): Exceptional - This property is extremely clean and self contained I loved staying here and looking forward to when I can book again
- Edie (10/5): Great host, cozy property, lovely area - Loverly location, Monica the host was really considerate and communicative, property was very cosy with lots of amenities and refreshments provided

- John (9/5): we didn't stay long ( train delays), and early start, but the apartment was lovely. -
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - Nicely furnished and fully equipped flat. Everything was super clean and the host was very kind! We got complimentary drinks, cereals etc. what was really nice! The neighborhood is quiet and looks safe. The house is quiet, except planes which sometimes fly above - noise isn't too loud.
- Rodemode (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deirdre (9/5): A brilliant stay - definitely recommend - Very helpful and detailed instructions and information
Spotlessly clean and comfortable
Nice, homely feel
Good location near the river and public transport, good pub almost next door
Generous "goodies" - tea and coffee, snacks, soft drinks
Good price The pluses much more important than the minuses!
If you were a big person, you'd find the shower a bit cramped (it was fine for us)
A 20 min walk from tube or train - again no problem for us, but if you weren't very mobile or had heavy bags you might find it a bit far (local buses though)
No microwave - would have been handy to heat up things, rather than use the oven
- Karam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jake (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Thi (10/5): Exceptional - Loved this place. It's cozy and facilities are great. There're even books around in case you get bored.
- Joshua (10/5): Wonderful stay in great apartment - Excellent apartment, everything was as described and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. I would recommend and definitely stay again. N/A
- Norman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roberto (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Great location for us. Good local bars and restaurants.
Very clean and well presented.
- Beverly (9/5): Comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in south west London. - The property is in an excellent location for visiting Kew , Richmond and Hampton Court . Short walk to Barnes station and to river for Thames walk and Clipper services. There is also a bus stop opposite the property.
Good local pub, decent beer and food.
Artisan shops and cafes within walking distance of property.
This area feels safe and we felt comfortable walking around.
Property well equipped, had everything we needed. Local supermarket with easy walking distance.
Would definitely stay again . There are some steep stairs to access property, not a problem for us but may affect others.
Terrace contained , no views apart from overhead planes into Heathrow, but pleasant space nonetheless .
Bedroom very hot , no fault of owner. Fan provided. Noisy at night from street and road noise with windows open.
- Ina (6/5): Cute but doesn’t exceed the expectations - It was cute to fine water bottles in the fridge at arrival since it was late night.
Also self check in was easy to do The bathroom was small, the sink was very small, it was almost impossible to wash your hand or brush your teeth.
The bed was a double bed but very small size.
So early check out
