• Debbie (4/5): Needs a complete redecoration and deep clean!! - The beds are comfortable enough and the linen fresh and clean. You could do with a mattress topper on the single mattress. The two fans was an added and welcome bonus, but you could actually provide one in each of the bedrooms too. I have to be honest with my feedback on your property. I am bitterly disappointed from the photographs displayed on booking.com website which presents and immaculate property in comparison to reality, if this was any other industry you would be prosecuted for false advertising. The apartment requires a total repaint and refurbish as well as a good solid clean. It’s very dirty but far cleaner now, than when we arrived. There were Dorito crumbs on the sofa and floor, half bottle of water under the tv unit, dusty, dirty smears on the walls, the sinks and taps needed a thorough clean(which I have undertaken). The whole of the apartment needs closing and redecorating so it matches your photographs. The sofa bed should be condemned as its old, sinks in the middle and is most uncomfortable to sit on especially as it’s the main piece of furniture to relax. The tv and internet signal Is shockingly poor and you should point this out in the booking information. The shower is difficult to navigate as you have to squeeze past the shower door which is a fixed piece of glass(Not ideal) In the main bedroom you should remove the chair, relocate the chest of drawers and put a small vanity unit with a mirror, this will help enormously as there is nowhere to blow dry hair etc. There is also a really bad smell from the drains. The beds are comfortable enough and the linen fresh and clean. You could do with a mattress topper on the single mattress. The kitchen is more than adequate with everything you need. You require a bowl and plug as you cannot wash dishes unless directly under the flowing tap. I had to use foil to ply the drain hole. Again the kitchen could also do with a total replacement as it’s old and damaged.

Functional but could be better for the money. - The location was great for us personally and its close to bus stops and the Docklands light railway. It's a very short walk away from the river Thames. It had everything we needed for our visit and the provision of tea, coffee, sugar and some snacks was a nice touch. We found the bed in the main bedroom uncomfortable. The flat faces the main road and the buses and traffic noise can be intrusive at busy periods especially in the living room. There is an unpleasant damp smell in the communal entrance.

• Matthias (7/5): Lovingly furnished apartment in a convenient location for a short stay in London - Tasteful furnishings with nice details, convenient location to the Thames and night traffic, both within walking distance, free parking in front of the house, the landlord was always available and very helpful. older standard of the apartment especially the kitchen, no dishwasher, aircraft noise, single-glazed windows, no air conditioning, therefore very warm in summer

• Emma (8/5): Great crash pad for a weekend stay in London! - The property is in a great location - easy bus ride to canary wharf - and is surprisingly quiet for London! Its great value for money and the owner was attentive and helpful. Having a parking space was a real bonus! The bed is a little firm for me but some people like that and i slept very well nevertheless.

In particular we loved Keke and how helpful she was at taking care of our needs. That our stay there was too short.
