- oscar (4/5): Buena atención en recepción, pero fallos graves en el servicio de limpieza - Tiene gym, la ubicación es muy buena, los baños agradables y tiene cocina Lo positivo: La disposición de la señorita de recepción fue excelente. Ella logró solucionar los inconvenientes con profesionalismo cuando el sistema falló. El proceso de renovación de la estadía fue sencillo gracias a ella. Lo negativo: El servicio de limpieza (housekeeping) dejó mucho que desear. En dos ocasiones tuve que solicitar el aseo a pesar de haber dejado la etiqueta reglamentaria en la puerta. Lo más incómodo ocurrió al renovar mi estancia por 3 días más para recibir a mi pareja: las camareras me manifestaron que me estaban "haciendo un favor" al realizar el aseo de la habitación. Es inaceptable que un servicio básico y estándar, especialmente tras una renovación de días, se presente como una concesión personal y no como parte del servicio por el que uno está pagando. Esta actitud generó una experiencia muy incómoda en un momento que debía ser de tranquilidad.
- nina-mala (9/5): Super apartamentowiec w zielonej okolicy - Świetna zabawka zielona lokalizacja w ładnej i spokojnej dzielnicy. Apartamenty na najwyższym poziomie, świetne łazienki. Część Spa na dachu (jacuzzi na wyłączność i sauna) z widokiem na miasto były niesamowitym dodatkiem po dniu zwiedzania:) generalnie nie mamy zastrzeżeń Śniadania były bardzo smaczne, ale przydałby się minimalnie większy wybór (zawsze były tylko pancakes i jajka). Obsługa praktycznie nie mówiła po angielsku (więc trudno było o cokolwiek dopytać), natomiast nadrabiała uśmiechem i uprzejmością:)

- Juan Jose (4/5): Sucia - Que estaba nuevas las habitaciones No limpian las habitaciones, tuve que pedir 3 veces que me limpien la habitación y aún así no limpiaron. Me dijeron que limpiaban pasando un día, cosa que no avisan en sus especificaciones y que tenías que avisar para que te limpien. Como mencioné repetí mil veces que me limpien y aún así no lo hicieron. El gym es muy pequeño no tiene casi nada.

There is a small gym with brand new equipment. The building itself is inaccurate. The shower and the cooking facilities. The rooms are excellent clean with free netflix a safe . The bed was supper comtfterble . Yes I would recomnd this place a ten out of ten for sure 😃 Everything 😍

El precio de mi estadía muy justa, desde que llegué me hicieron sentir como en casa y ni se diga de la comida del Gastrobar, deliciosa, las chicas muy atentas y amables. Definitivamente allí encontré todo lo que necesitaba, me voy feliz, pero volveré a hospedarme sin pensarlo.

- Diego (6/5): Regular - Las instalaciones son buenas , pero la ventaneria deja filtrar todo el ruido y al quedar cerca a una avenida el ruido de los motores no deja dormir. Deberían revisar la ventaneria y el agua caliente Pagamos 3 noches en dos habitaciones y nunca nos hicieron aseo , me parece terrible que en un hotel no te hagan aseo en la habitación durante 4 días. Muy malo el servicio.
- Clara (6/5): The hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its location and room setup, but needs improvement - Great location. Clean, modern-looking room. Room included a fridge, as well as some pots, plates, and pans — handy for light cooking. Staff was very slow — check-in took over 20 minutes, and the front desk person was on a personal call when I arrived and did not hang up when seeing me. No toilet paper in the room upon arrival. Pillows were too thick and no option for different types (most hotels usually offer a choice). No lock on the balcony door in my room — a safety concern since I was traveling with a 5-year-old. Significant street noise in the room — loud until 11 PM and starting again at 6 AM. Payment required upfront instead of at the end of the stay (unusual compared to most hotels). Requested my invoice to be emailed upon arrival; after 3 business days it still hasn’t been sent. Overall, seems to have process and administrative issues.

- Luis (10/5): - Great place in a quieter part of the city. It felt like a more local experience, and the service and restaurant were amazing. Hotel offered a private taxi service which made getting around less worrisome.

- Edna (10/5): - We loved this hotel. The staff is so friendly and efficient. The room had absolutely everything we needed. Dining, shopping, transportation, etc. were available at walking distance. The breakfast setup was the only thing that was a con for us. We prefer a buffet, especially because we can prepare our coffee to our liking.

- Edna (10/5): - This was the perfect hotel for us. It had everything we wanted: great amenities: full kitchenette, cable tv, comfortable bed, jacuzzi, gym, balcony with a nice view. Also .. convenient location (for dining, shopping, services like spas, nail salons, etc) and best of all, a very friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely be returning.

- Lili (9/5): Me sorprendió!!! - Tiene muy buena ubicación y es un lugar seguro para salir caminando, tiene mucha facilidad de transporte, elmpersonal del hotel siempre dispuesto a ayudar de forma inmediata. No tienen televisión con programación nacional, hay que usar Netflix o Youtube. La xama estaba muy pegada de un lado de la pared lo que hacía un poco incómodo levantarse x ejemplo al baño a media noche.
