- Tavis (8/5): Small room in the heart of Florence - The owner was great! Really helpful and the location was brilliant. The room was a bit smaller than I imagined and it would have been a squeeze for two people. The pictures don’t show a bed and it’s true as the couch is a fold out bed. I wasn’t anticipating that to be the case so was caught off guard.
- Chloé (7/5): Perfect for someone who goes out the all day. The location is really convenient. -
- Irina (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. A few minutes away from Duoma. The flat was very clean and matched the pictures. It is a small place but this clearly from the pictures. It has everything you need though.
- Douglas (8/5): Planning a trip to Florence and want to be in the middle of everything, this property is A+ Location - My recent stay at this property in Florence was nothing short of delightful. If you're looking for a central location, this place is ideal—it’s located right in the heart of Florence, and you simply can't get any closer to the city's key attractions. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in the lively and historic atmosphere of Florence, with all the major sites within easy walking distance.
What really set this stay apart was my host, Lorella. She was absolutely amazing! Lorella went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience, especially when it came to sorting out the internet connection. She was quick to respond, understanding, and incredibly helpful—exactly what you hope for in a host.
One thing to keep in mind: If you're arranging for any transfers (like taxes or fees), it’s a good idea to get those sorted out in advance. Sometimes these things take a few days to process, and Lorella was great in guiding me through that, but it’s definitely something to think about before arriving. Better to get it out of the way early so you can focus on enjoying your stay.
As for the apartment itself, it’s a bit on the small side. However, if you're like me and plan to spend most of your time exploring Florence, it works just fine. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, but I wouldn’t describe it as spacious. For solo travelers or couples, it’s ideal, but if you're looking for more room to stretch out, it might feel a bit tight.
That said, the property was perfect for my needs since I spent most of my time out and about. It was a comfortable place to rest my head at night after long days of sightseeing. The compact space wouldn’t be a problem for a couple with similar plans.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Great location
- William (5/5): Passable - The location was fantastic as it was located in the city centre. It was extremely quiet despite the busy location, which created a pleasant stay. Overall, the room was good value for money, but the room should not be for a solo traveller looking to stay for too long. The room is on the fourth floor, so make sure not to bring too much with you. The bed was a fold out bed from a couch, which was placed to create space for the small room. The bed had some stains, and the mattress was not very comfortable. The room has everything you need but in an extremely tight and compact configuration.
- Carolina (9/5): Great place! - The place was great for a week adventure in Florence. It’s small and has all that you need! Lorella the owner is really kind and always available to help.
- Edoardo (3/5): Very small even if very central - Very central position Very very very small room.
Not best bed/mattress.
- Suhas (1/5): If you have budget 30 Euro or less , than only you visit . Else very disappointing - Nothing is Good. I paid 117 Euro for one night. Very compact space. Very disappointed. One can get many goods Hotels in 100 Euro Budget . No space in Room. Not enough for one person. Bathroom, Toilet No space, One cannot move hands to apply soap in Bathroom & same for Toilet.
It was not informed before the size of room. It was listed in Hotel Category, but it is tinny / very compact Apartment stay.
- Cristina (8/5): Very good -
- Andrei (7/5): Good -
