• Djémila (6/5): Bien situé mais décevant - L'emplacement, logement spacieux, au calme. Kitchenette pratique (mais pas toujours d'eau chaude au lavabo...). Mise a disposition d'un lit bébé (mais sans drap ni matelas. Nous avons été prévenus quelques jours avant le voyage) La propreté n'était pas vraiment au rdv, des fourmis dans la cuisine, juste une balayette et un torchon pour une semaine de vacances avec des enfants, lits spacieux mais celui du haut n'est pas confortable. L'hôte a toujours répondu à nos messages mais sans satisfaire nos questions. Ex : l'accès a l'appartement est verrouillé par un timer. Nous avons attendu devant le logement pour rien avec un bébé dans le froid. Nous avions demandé à pouvoir entrer vers 13h si le ménage était fini, l'hôte devait nous redire mais nous a menti en disant qu'il y avait encore du ménage à faire. C'était faux le ménage était fini, personne dans l'appartement...

No clear parking instructions no help In that matter.

• Monika (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole a Vienna - L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e confortevole. Si trova a pochi passi dalla metro e in poche fermate (max 5-6) si raggiungono tutte le principali attrazioni di Vienna. È in una zona veramente tranquilla e il condominio all'interno del quale si trova è molto discreto. In generale è un'ottima soluzione che con qualche piccolo accorgimento in più potrebbe diventare perfetta. Non mi è piaciuto che nonostante avessi chiesto di preparare il divano letto in soggiorno questo non era stato preparato. Per fortuna sono arrivata che c'era ancora la donna delle pulizie e con un po` di discussione l'ho convinta a darmi delle lenzuola per farmi il letto in autonomia (mi stupiva che lei non capisse la mia richiesta nonostante le facessi vedere foto di lenzuola! Voleva spacciarmi un coprimaterasso come tale). Il divano letto non era pulitissimo una volta aperto; pulirlo sarebbe un gioco da ragazzi, trattasi di piccoli accorgimenti. Avevo chiesto se c'erano tende oscuranti in camera perché faccio fatica a dormire senza e mi era stato risposto che si, erano presenti. Purtroppo non era vero, c'erano al piano terra e non in camera da letto e quindi con le prime luci del mattino ero sveglia. Non c'è aria condizionata ma solo un piccolo ventilatore giù in soggiorno; io ho soggiornato in un periodo fresco, ma in effetti nonostante questo la casa è comunque calda e capisco i commenti di chi in estate piena si è lamentato del caldo. Anche qui, a domanda diretta mi avevano risposto che la situazione raffrescamento era stata sistemata ma non ho notato nulla. Vengono dati un asciugamano viso e uno corpo per ospite, ma sarebbe stato utile avere qualcosa in più di scorta. Stessa cosa in cucina, un solo strofinaccio ma sarebbe utile qualcosa di scorta e anche una tovaglia magari. Suggerimento: non sarebbe male avere un corrimano per la scala interna, mio padre che ha 78anni l'avrebbe apprezzato.

• Anne (5/5): im Großen und Ganzen ok, aber mit sehr viel Luft nach oben.Verbessungsvorschläge umsetzen!!! - die Lage ist super, bequem mit s-Bahn zu erreichen, gute Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Vermieter reagierte sehr schnell auf Wünsche nach zusätzlicher Bettwäsche. Keyless ist eine gute Sache Ausstattung der Unterkunft. Zu wenig Geschirr/Gläser. Kaffeemaschine (nicht Espressomaschine) wäre wünschenswert. Waschbecken auf Toilette fehlt, man muss danach durchs Schlafzimmer ins Bad. Dusche ist mit Glaswand zum Schlafzimmer versehen (nicht jedermanns Sache, wenn man NICHT als Paar vereist). Kühlschrank Getränkehalter defekt. Abflussstopfen im Spülbecken nicht vorhanden. Gebrauchte Schwämme und Tücher zur Geschirrreinigung, nicht sehr hygienisch. Zu wenig Geschirrtücher.

• Yegor (4/5): Disappointing - Good location of the apartment, only 3 minutes to the metro and tram stop. Nice furniture, table, chairs, dishes in the kitchen, and electrical appliances. Very easy access to the apartment through access codes. Quick replies from the owner via the app. Let me highlight that my wife and I are very unpretentious in terms of booking apartments and hotels. But unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy our stay in this apartment, which also affected our mood on the first day of walking in Vienna. There were three major issues and several minors during our stay. The main ones: - the apartment was so stuffy that at some point there was simply nothing to breathe. Open windows did not help. There is no air conditioner in the apartment, and the fan that is there just circulates hot air and does not help. - We were able to sleep somehow in the middle of the night, but at 7 am, repairs began in the courtyard of the building and in the entrance. Workers began to carry bags and grout the walls. We had to close all windows because we had no choice. - all the windows you see in the photos are useless because they open onto a small enclosed courtyard, so the curtains are always closed so you can't be seen from the outside. The owner of the apartment could do nothing except "sorry". I understand that he could not immediately install the air conditioner, but we are not the first to write about this in reviews. There are floor air conditioners that could be provided. Also, you need to warn if there is a renovation in the building, because it is clear that it has been going on for a long time. And not only in this building. No compensation was offered either, although the quality of the stay required it. Of the little things that did not bother us at all, but they are there. You could clean better, we saw 3-4 spiders. And please add at least one normal large mirror, there is just a small round mirror in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Because of the closed curtains and windows facing the courtyard, the apartment is actually dark, the photos in the description are specially lightened. Despite all this, the apartment has potential, if you want to receive guests and further, improve the above-mentioned disadvantages.
• Kledia (5/5): Passable - The apartment is located near metro station. The staff replies fast for any qestion The toilets were inadequate. In the first floor was to hot, couldn’t stay long there.For 3 persons there were 4 towels and no one changed them. Not too clean and there was a spider. The location was not good.
