• MAREK (10/5): - Przestronne, eleganckie i funkcjonalne mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji. Wieczne Miasto na wyciągnięcie ręki, a z okien widok na historyczną bramę wiodącą na Piazza del Popolo i Villa Borghese. Nawet docierający uliczny gwar ma tu swój urok. Nadzwyczaj uprzejmy i pomocny gospodarz, Francesco. Dziękujemy! -

• Sabine (9/5): Tolles Appartement in Bestlage mit tollem Vermieter - Eine tolle Lage, um Rom zu erkunden. Direkt vor der Haustüre Bus und U-Bahn. Direkt über die Straße die Piazza del Popolo. Ein gutsortierter Supermarkt ums Eck. Geräumige Zimmer, funktionierende Klimaanlage, alles supersauber und bestens ausgestattet. Wasser und Kaffeekapseln für die Ankunft standen auch bereit, darüber waren wir nach der langen Anreise überglücklich! Der Host Francesco war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Anlieferungen von McDonald’s darunter waren extrem laut bis spät in die Nacht, das hat ein wenig genervt. Ansonsten liegt das Appartment wie schon oft erwähnt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, was aber mit Ohrstöpseln nicht weiter schlimm war, denn dafür war es ja der beste Ausgangspunkt, den wir je auf einer Städtereise hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

• Kym (9/5): Great location, clean, secure & specious - The location was amazing - right next to Metro & close to restaurants, supermarket & pick up point for tours Unfortunately there was no elevator - but that is to be expected in European cities.
• Beth (8/5): Comfortable, clean, stylish and roomy with excellent location and lovely host. - Good location as metro right outside and local shops within easy reach. Modern and contemporary design and very clean. Choice of pillows was good. The first night one of the bedroom windows would not shut and it was quite noisy on the street so that wasn’t ideal. It is excellent value for money and perfect for our needs and is really spacious and is beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend and would stay again. Host was also super helpful. It is a very busy area outside the apartment, but great for people watching. It is a main road and the traffic is quite intense. Most people could sleep through it I’m sure, I am quite sensitive to noise. However, if you’re a good sleeper, the location and accommodation itself more than makes up for a bit of noise.
• Akshay (9/5): Superb - Everything infact ! The location , rooms, bath, kitchen, linen. Everything was perfectly great. The location is awesome , access to the tram, meteo, bus and walking from the centre of Roma. Accessibility was perfect. We did however miss a lift , as u had to climb up and down 2 stories , with luggage. So travel light may be one thing here.
• Teodora (8/5): Very good - - Spacious apartment, equipped with everything you might need for a stay with the family. - It is within walking distance to the city center and all the main sightseeing places. - There is a supermarket at the back of the building and several cafes/places to eat. - Although we didn't really need anything more, host is always available to help. - Having the two bedrooms facing a busy main boulevard makes the place noisy, even at night. - To make things worse, they were also doing construction work on the bus stop right in front of the building, starting from quite early in the morning.

• Liam (9/5): Great location with an even better host! - Check in was simple due to following the instructions that were sent well in advance of the day we arrived. We were able to follow the instructions which including photos which were definitely needed. Property had more than we needed to make the stay comfortable and homely. Francesco the host was excellent, and easily contactable if required. If I were to stay in Rome again I would first check to see if this property was available before looking elsewhere. The building serves more than one use, as it hosts businesses etc. so its not entirely clear where to go but just follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong.

It is very loud with traffic and they were doing work on the building so all the windows were covered with scaffolding . It's also 5 flights of stairs with no elevator.. there is no cable so you need a Netflix or Amazon account.
